Perfect trim saw, I love mine

That’s my saw, lol. I had it poretd by Tree Monkey and it came back a monster. I have a few saws some poretd, some stock. My go to was my ported 461r but now this little saw has become my go to. It’s silly what this saw will cut and how fast she turns, just can’t be beat by a bigger stronger saw because the chain speed and rpm is so fast. Absolutely the most impressive saw in my arsenal, just stupid fast.

6 or 7 toths sproket? On the 3/8 lp? mine has been ported but it's not even close to that 😱

Now, im a gear head myself. Residential Arborist by trade. So i watch tree guys and modified chainsaw stuff here on KZread. Often. I must say you guys and Jack from over at hotsawz101 do the best port jobs, cylinder modifications ive seen and heard to date. Dont get me wrong. John Riley and Brian Snell know their stuff. Not discrediting anyones work. Keep em comin guys. Love what y'all have done with the 462. Was closly watching as this were uploaded a while back

Been a saw I love for a few years now a workhorse of a little saw. Just bought another one SO maybe it's time to have a play around with the older one now.. Thats a great running one you have there...

My 241 is my favorite saw by far and mine only has a muffler mod. How would it run with a 7 pin on the Picco setup? I'm currently using the 18" 325 setup from a Ms250 and it cuts great, but I prefer the Picco chains.

Yeah, Picco Super (PS) is a good chain.

Is the engine somehow tuned or is everything out of stock? I am asking because rpm seems higher than on other 241 saws on KZread .

Sounds like stratos are intact and not gutted ; for shits and giggles try a sqr/sqr ps63 with takers lowered .003~.005 from factory ... just another tip from Uncle Fabz !

Brad isn't the end all, just one guy, lots of ways to skin a cat. Are yours gutted, curious what he does.

So what does ported mean? I know what porting on a shotgun is but obviously this is completely different.
