The Porsche Taycan is of course, Porsche’s very first all-electric vehicle, and marks the launch product of their multi-billion pound commitment to ensuring 50% of their new vehicles are electrically powered by 2025 Launched in 2019, the Taycan’s staggering performance - 0-62 mph in 2.8 seconds, a top speed limited to 161 mph, a real-life travel range of 240 miles, and the capability of achieving 90% of its charge in just 25 mins - already sets a benchmark for the high performance luxury sport saloons of the future. Yet despite its astonishing performance, a typical day in the life of the Taycan will be routine family and business commuting.
