Matt is one of the best instructor all IS clear and his lessons and books are awesome!
Really nice way to flow the basics into useful movements.
I do a variation where I go into the first press-up from a squat. This means you can do the whole exercise as a continuous loop. Really grateful to Matt for this exercise, it's a fantastic way to warm up and relax.
