00:01:00 Am I the only one intrigued by the device used to wash the rice? First, the spigot used for the water to stream over all sides of the pot, then the design for the water to flow over, and the tubing used to have the rice flow out of the pot into the basket. I'm curious how that tubing works since it looks like it's connected to a device in the center of the bottom of the pot and goes up and out pretty high up the wall of the pot. Some sort of pump is used?

I felt the same when I watched it! I want one lol. I know it seems like a simple valve and a hose maybe with a pump. Or maybe they just tilt it. lol just kidding. Although, if you look up rice washers they have smaller ones!

I would be avoiding that place to eat the kitchen floor looks disgusting not only that putting rice on the floor not a good look. Some people would say I would be overreacting but as a victim of a restaurant that gave me food poisoning once before I don't play loose and fancy free with My Health.

Absolutely nothing should be on the floor and they should glove their hands when touching food! That is unacceptable in America for a reason and just plain gross when you think about it! I’m sure they use the bathroom and let your mind wander from there.
