The meals look absolutely amazing, but I would more noodles to the dishes. Even with more noodles, there'll still be plenty of sauce to slurp up with some bread or rice! Other than that 👍!!!

Bueno, díganle a las nonas que la pasta fue inventada en China, la receta fue llevada a Italia por los exploradores entre ellos Marco Polo, luego los Italianos se adueñaron de ella pero no les pertenece y por cierto los tomates son americanos, tampoco son dueños de la salsa

Sinceramente non ero presente nell'epoca romana (magari in una mia vita precedente, ma non me la ricordo😅) . In ogni caso non m'interessa chi per primo ha inventato la pasta o altro ma senz'ombra di dubbio per quanto riguarda la PREPARAZIONE, mi dispiace dirtelo, ma modestamente siamo più bravi noi italiani. Ovviamente ogni paese ha i suoi piatti e i suoi punti di forza... per la pasta ce la caviamo bene noi! Senza contare tutti prodotti originali nostri, tipo il parmigiano reggiano, che ci copiate nel mondo... Buona giornata a tutti!😊

I assume the person ordering this dish wanted mushroom sauce but grated cheese is a personal preference and is added just before consumption NOT while being cooked. Sauce is: Peeled plum tomatoes ONLY. Pre fryed chopped garlic and onions in olive oil and two or three fresh basil leaf 1table spoon salt. Add to tomatoes and bring to a boil then lower to a simmer for an hour sturing. Just enough garlic and onion is KEY Do not brown the onions and garlic Just fry them in oil till a little soft . 2 24oz. cans of tomatoes 1/2 a onion and 5 chopped cloves of garlic will serve 4 to 5 people no problem. cost about $10.00 Don't forget the spaghetti, salt the water 2 table spoons to gallon of water. Bring water to a boil then add pasta and stir so pasta does not stick together, Boil for abut 5 minutes.
