I’m kinda sad his other songs like this one aren’t as popular, they’re so good.

I'm 35 years old. How did I never hear this dude's music growing up? My childhood feels slightly robbed 😆

You are not the only person with that age who couldn't listen to it, I know many also who didn't listen to it, I guess it's because scatman is an underrated singer that people should listen to, in fact he is my favorite singer :3

Scatman always makes an infectious beat! Hope he found something in a life beyond.

この曲は好きですし、最高ですし、映画のエンドロールのBGMにもふさわしい曲にもなりますよね。
It’s sad how a song like this gets no attention, it has a great message and is very catchy! Like most of Scatman’s songs. I would recommend giving “People of the Generation” a listen, my favorite Scatman song by far:)

That's the way it is: the worst songs of every album on this planet get a single release and all the attention. And the good songs keep hidden deep deep on the album.

@@fillgollinsdergroarticheme8442 Not every single of every Scatman album gets all the attention. Singles like Let It Go and Ichi Ni San Go are very underrated.

Scat Granate honestly at this point all of his songs are great but most of them get hidden like the diamond ring under the piles of trash in the bin.

I love that song. Probably my favorite from that album, but my favorite has always been Mambo Jambo.

Just started listening to Scatman's World album today, (I heard of the title song, scatman, everybody jam, and invisible man prior) And I shat my pants listening to how stylish his whole collection was. You're definitely right about them needing more attention, some of these tracks only have 200k+ at most.
Just brilliant, he's still a shining star, sadly missed, sadly underrated, wish he was still here, in a way he is.
Songs like I'm a Scatman, and Scatman's World were songs of my childhood. He was originally a jazz musician, and a very good one. So sad he died, but we still have his music.

Greatest song ever written..Rest in Peace John Scatman ❤
I love how hes parodying a style to make fun of it, and also executing it so well. Scatman was a legend.
I leave you now, take a bow Hope you all agree A popstar isn't everything it's cracked up to be If I have to do anything it's what I want to say A pop is an explosion, all you've got is you today Someone's got to be the hero Someone's got to do the job Someone's got to do the business Someone's got to be the fool Someone's got to be the hero Someone's got to do the job Someone's got to be the clown who's creating the sound and makes the world go round so sad that noone of modern "stars" didn't understand such simple things...

what an amazing artist
Scatman's endless meme potential keeps bringing people back to his music, even his lesser known stuff. I'll see you all again in 10 years when he's back in the meme cycle.
