This saddens and angers me, as a Roman Catholic priest. Nothing shocks me or surprises anymore under this pontificate; which has been a disaster. Bishop Strickland has my deep admiration; he is a model for us priests and stands out.

I will pray for him. I also hope that he has a realistic outlook on the current state of things. If he wants to say the TLM (unless he’s in a Trad community), he’s going to have to do it not only privately, but in secrecy. And, if he wants to preach the true faith, he is going to receive criticism, reprimands, and even “cancellation.” He will not be supported by the very men who should treat him like a beloved son. There are great graces in store for doing this, but that won’t make it any easier. The pressure to “toe the party line” is immense.

Bishop Strickland is who brought me back to the Catholic faith in the year 2001. The whole time he spent with me was something I will never forget. He heard my confession, and we talked for two hours about everything. He is a marvelous Spiritual and devoted Catholic man who is only doing the right thing by his parishioners, and his Catholic believes beliefs. For him to be told he has to leave has broke my heart. I used to attend his church for years. This is so horrible and we’re gonna have to pray for him and our church. Lord have Mercy😭❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

The reason why he is being severely punished and sanctioned unjustly is BECAUSE Bishop Strickland is an actual shepherd who LOVES his flock. He stands out among the hive of liberal bishops in Texas. Bishop Strickland’s ordeal is EXACTLY THE SAME as that of Bishop Fernandez Torres of Areci Puerto Rico. Visitation by homosexual liberal bishops then the firing by his “holiness” Pope Francis Bergoglio. If they were communist homosexuals, then Strickland and Fernandez Torres would have been cardinals long ago! I am through explaining away Francis doing what he is doing! I have come to the conclusion that either he or his immediate successor (McElroy?) is or will be the false prophet of the Book of Revelation! In my opinion we are in the last days. There is no other explanation!

Thank you for caring. Jesus led me to His Church 35 years ago, at age 27. It was an absolutely profound conversion and the Catholic Church has been my "thing" ever since. I have cried and cried since hearing this terrible news. Having a bunch of evil, soulless men attempting to DEFILE Jesus' Bride, the Church is something I never thought would happen. I'm tempted to leave the Church now. I never thought ANYTHING would cause that to happen. At least the Orthodox Churches aren't OBSESSED with promoting SODOMY. I believe the "Pope" is an evil man and surrounds himself with even worse men. Disgusting!! Again, thank you for your sympathy.

When I spoke to Bishop Strickland after Mass recently with my concerns about the Synod in Rome he simply said "I will follow JESUS". He always speaks truth.

I believe tragedies like this unites Catholics more than ever. When he spoke in L.A. it made an immense statement of how he lives the promise "Bless is he who comes in the name of the Lord".

This news is absolutely tragic. Joseph Strickland is one of the very few most inspiring bishops I have heard of today. He gives us hope

I am a protestant, but the love I have for the Catholic church and also the Orthodox church for that matter is hard to describe. I love all of you, and my heart breaks hearing about what is going on with the Catholic church and its traditions. I know God is with all of you who are courageous enough to stand with your traditions like the Latin Mass. I know we don't agree on everything, but I am sure of one thing, we agree that there is one God, one Father, one Son, one Holy Spirit, and that Christ died for us and resurrected, and that is the foundation that unites us all. I am so grateful to Bishop Strickland remembering his clarity during the corona virus when I needed to end my employment as hospice rn with my Catholic healthcare employer when I would not take the jab. My religious objection was rejected and I was asked "How could I ask for a religious objection when the Holy Father recommended the vaccine?" Thank you Bishop Strickland for being there for me when I needed you!!

My parish is in Strasbourg, France. They just dismissed our Archbishop Msgr. Ravel a few months ago. Same story as with Bishop Strickland. He is traditionalist, tried to clean up the diocese, met opposition, received an apostolic visitors team who told him to resign. He didn't, and I've heard he got a message from Rome telling him to resign under threat of excommunication. Went to his last mass, it was beautiful but also sad. As of now we have not received a new Archbishop. I don't understand what is going on.

This can be a blessing.. our lord works in mysterious ways. We need more bishops like Bishop Strickland. May the sacred hearts of Jesus and Mary keep him and give him the strength he needs for this trial and work.

Bishop Strickland is the best! We need more bishops like him. Incredible to see him go. But he is happy as he knows he is serving our Lord and that is all that maters. SOLO DIOS BASTA, as Teresa of Jesus (Avila) used to say. The new Cardinals appointed lately have been a disgrace. They should have been kicked out, not only of their Diocese, but of the Church. Instead they got promoted to Cardinals. This is the Woke society we live in now and unfortunately this has entered the Church. We must pray, pray and pray. Day and night. And as the holy bishop Strickland says: Stay in our Church no matter what! Amen.

When I was a kid...my family lived in 4 different states.....when we moved to Tyler, Tx...Bishop Strickland was the 1st priest that I truly felt like he was a true priest!!!! My God bless and watch over him....evil is after him......

I am a Maltese but I have been following this issue since June. I am sorry to say that Pope Francis is here to destroy the Roman Catholic Church. Dear people of the USA I am hoping that Pope Francis and his men will change their attitude when we have the warning on the 31.03.24. That is the coming Easter.

The Church, as the bride of Christ, is undergoing her passion. And just as He did, she will resurrect. Do no lose heart!

I was on the path towards Catholicism and with a Pope like this, I can’t agree to the authority of a church like this.

The thousands of faithful Catholics of California were incredibly relieved to have seen Bishop Strickland come to us to help strengthen our fight against the attacks on our Church. It is appalling that no other Bishop from Calif had the conviction to do so.

Bishop Strickland's mother was Australian! His parents met when his American father was here in Australia during WWII. I'm an Aussie too. 🙂

It’s the same here in Ireland. If a priest puts his head above the parapet and preaches the actual Gospel He will get his knuckles rapped and the media will do a job on him too. We are truly in the end times and you are correct, we are a remnant. Bishop Strickland will be reinstated after all this rot is removed. I believe that unfortunately we have an antipope instead of a Pope. He needs much much prayer to save his soul.

Anyone who sees through what is happening in the church (the abomination of desolation prophesied by Daniel) is being prepared for God’s army. We will be called into action to save souls when the time is right. Same here. Was away for 50 years. It was so long I went to a private confession. Since I have been back for almost 2 years I am so sad to see so many changes that have been made. I especially miss the Latin Mass.

i've been praying the Rosary every day for years, following the tradition of my Great Grandmother Mary who died at 100 years old & was delivered from Purgatory by the Virgin as witnessed by all pictures taken at her cabin on Swan Lake with a blue dot in every picture as a signal grace that all my sisters took after her death. Everyone always went to her for intercessions with tghe beads instead of taking up the Rosary themselves for effecacy. My mother prays the Rosary every day too. I have two Rosaries made by my Father that were silver that turned gold. Both me & my dad are 4th degree Knights of Columbus. I prayed for both Pope & Strickland & all corrupted clergy this morning at 3am & 9 am invoking intercession by many saints & especially our beloved Mother ever Virgin conceived without sin. Amen!
