In this week’s video, for the first time EVER- I’m taking you along with me for a day in my life market edition and showing you all the behind the scenes on market day. On Sunday, I popped up at Brewdog in Canal Winchester, Ohio with Threads & Made Spring Market. If you’re new here I absolutely love markets and everything about them from meeting customers to setting up my booth and everything in between. In 2023, we did over 100 markets so this year we’re really focusing on the markets that we were most successful at in the previous year. As of right now, we have 56 markets scheduled for this year which means more market content for you guys! As a vendor, markets are so much work but also extremely rewarding. Every market I do, I really try to make each one special by adding market exclusives, special deals, curating new collections (in this video you saw my new boutique section) and so much more. About the Brand:
I launched EPC in the corner of my college bedroom in 2020 while being a full time college student. After I graduated, we decided to move to the city and I continued to grow my business full time in our tiny one bedroom apartment. In 2023, we officially moved into a 5,000 sq ft warehouse to continue to grow + expand! While EPC is primarily online we also vend at many pop up markets in Columbus, Ohio.
Here are a few fun facts about me ☺
✿ I graduated college in 2021 from Ohio University with a Bachelors in Community & Public Health.
✿ I'm a cat mom to 3- a calico named Ivy, a tortoise named Puff & another calico named opal
✿ I love reading mystery/thriller books & I'm a true crime junkie
✿ My favorite food is Macaroni and cheese

Thank you so much!! It was a little tricky with an 8x8 when I normally have a 10x10, 10x20 but I made it work!! Next market I have is a 10x10 & it’s a super busy market so I’m excited to vlog that one. Thank you for watching!!! 🥰

I was thinking when you put your desk upside down and slide the top part on your van so the desk doesn’t get scratched

Amiga! Last time you told me that the majority of your sells are online trough your website so why do you still go to pop up shops? I guess you still make good sales right? I love your Chanel! Lol I haven’t miss any of your long videos! 😂

10x your booth fee is a LOT for folks that are just starting out. If you're established or at a larger market, that makes more sense.

It’s just something I always heard even when I first started doing events. I also talked about how booth fees vary with every event. Every event & every business is different. Especially when first starting out normally booth fees are cheaper vs larger events. There are so many factors to consider when having a revenue goal at markets but I’m just sharing my experience over the past 4 years 😃

Amazon! They’re linked on my storefront :) I have two different racks & I like them for indoor events. I’m testing out something new for outdoor events this year but the ones I’m using now I recommend :)

Amazon!! I have them linked on my storefront under pop up market must haves! I absolutely love them for events- they fold flat (great for travel), they look great & they’re a good heavy but not too heavy to lift. 10/10 recommend!!
