so Dubai's "poor" is still so much better than the standard in many other countries...

that is naif street dubai you are right it looks like hill road bandra, i am from mumbai. meena bazar dubai also got streets similar to mumbai. be aware while walking on streets like those in dubai there are many scammers on streets the one who told you abt dark circles under eye is one of the scammers try to scam ppl walking on streets.
