  Ok, so they actually asked you why you get dark circles around your eyes? The real reason is they are scammers who will suggest you to go with them to a shop which is of herbal medicines, they will say they are giving free advise for you on what all steps you need to mix it with, they make you buy at least 5 times from that shop and you pay to the cashier and thus they get commission out of it from the cashier later and your dark circles will stays as It is. Happened to me when some punjabis asked me about my dark circles on my neck and led to me a shop where I had to spent 450 AED , was horrified and obviously we try to say yes as we think this may work. I bought the items and when I went to a mobile shop whom I knew earlier, told me it’s a scam and he and his friends gathered around these punjabis and strangled the money out of them. Being a 7 year resident I was fooled. Imagine the tourists. Also they are in large number waiting on the corners of these shops.

  that is naif street dubai you are right it looks like hill road bandra, i am from mumbai. meena bazar dubai also got streets similar to mumbai. be aware while walking on streets like those in dubai there are many scammers on streets the one who told you abt dark circles under eye is one of the scammers try to scam ppl walking on streets.
