Pool Pilates - Part Two - Aqua Advanced Toning Water Exercises - Core & Balance (2023)

Aqua Pool Pilates Toning Workout Series. This is part two, in a series of 3 intensifying workouts, brought to you by AquaFIIT Coach Stacy.
Part Two is all Plank exercises (hence, the OMG!) that can be done in shallow water. Using 2 water dumbbells (buoys) will help and challenge ourselves through our exercises.
These exercises include an assortment of balance challenges to work our core even more, so please set up next to a wall for additional support as needed. Note that some of these exercises are more advanced so please modify as needed. Good posture is the most important key when doing this workout. Focus on your form then attempt the exercises. Don't push beyond your limits.
There is NO warm up with this workout. Please be sure you have done a warm up prior. No stretch is included, so be sure to do a stretch at the end. Here is a link to one of my stretches: • Relaxing Aqua Cool Dow...

    Hi Staci, My husband and I love your pool workouts. You inspired us to buy all of the toys! Is there a pool Pilates 3? We can’t find it. 1 and 2 are so much fun. They are a great compliment to the studio reformer classes. We have both noticed more stability and balance.
