The part where Pooh floats away from his dream is the peppers ghost affect like the Haunted Mansion from Disneyland and Magic Kingdom like 2 mirrors were used for the Disney illusion

2 mirrors were used on Winnie the Pooh ride
What I Love About This Ride Is That The Bounce Tigger Room 😂😂😂😂 The Entire Room Is Bouncing To The Song
Disneyland needs to step up
As impressive as the ride is, I'm equally impressed with the queue. The props are incredible, and the placement of the pages lends to the feeling that you're actually inside the book. The fact that everything looks pristine and there are no physical barriers to prevent "touching" just shows how much Japanese culture teaches respect of property. This (as constructed) could never exist in the U.S. parks.
Genius to use pages as walls 🙌🙌🙌 such a great way to bring guests into the book and the world and ride!
This ride and the fact its over 2 decades old and looks as great as ever is prime evidence that Disney can do better than what they're doing in the US parks and they're just cheap mfs. This ride from 2000 looks better than Runaway Railway.

This ride reportedly cost $130Mil to make. I think, if I ever had the opportunity to visit Tokyo Disneyland, I’d be crying tears of joy for half the experience.

Seriously. In this ride, the characters are real. Pooh and friends look like like they've come to life. Compare that to the static figures in every cheap Pooh ride that every other Disney resort gets.

@@fountgardeI went to tokyo disneyland last year, the food is good and its a rlly nice park. I remember going on this ride aswell. 😆💖
I only know very little of the Japanese culture. But one can easily say that they are the most creative culture in the world.

Americans designed the ride. The Japanese just paid for it. All of Tokyo Disneyland is like that
Everything about Tokyo Disney sea just proves disney doesn’t care at all about providing amazing new experiences. Oriental land company blows actual Disney parks away.
Wow!! This really IS a special Pooh ride! (Followed Tom's mention from 2024 Tokyo vlog #2)
Amazing! So… this advanced trackless ride system has been around since 2001 and we’ve barely gotten a glitchy version in the last few years at Galaxy’s Edge?! That’s sad. I love the Disneyland California version of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, but this ride is now on my bucket list.

I feel like what's stopping Disney from updating the rides at Disneyland or WDW is the response from people. There are those who would be upset about the rides being temporarily closed, those upset that theyre being changed and favor the nostalgia, and people who would be upset that theyre making them less unique by making them similar to the other park's trackless systems. I'm sure Disney absolutely has the money to upgrade the rides if they wanted to, but I think this is more of a "If it aint broke dont fix it..." situation (even if the rides ARE kinda broken lol)

They need to bring this to disney world.
Awesome 😎👍❤
it looks amazing but where are pooh's pajama's :(
My parents thought this version was better than Disneyland!
Love heffalumps and woozles
Sad they don’t play the Heffalumps and Woozles song in the Heffalumps and Woozles scene in this version!

It’s the same song at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Shanghai Disneyland, and Hong Kong Disneyland has the same song in it but Disneyland has a slightly version of it, Walt Disney World has a mirror version of it, Shanghai Disneyland has the same scene like Hong Kong does, and Tokyo has a faintly version of it which Paris has none
The book facade on this attraction is excellent. In WDW the book work is tacky.
My favorite ride in Disneyland!
HUNNY HUNT!!!!!!!!!!
