THIS is what I expect from a Disney theme park. It's absolutely brilliant. I wish I could come to Tokyo Disneyland someday....

This pov made me appreciate the Beasts transformation scene a lot more for the fact that if you look really closely, right when he changes to human form, he's being lowered down a bit before he touches the ground. As small as an effect that is I really appreciate the Imagineers going the extra mile to add that small descent instead of just having him stand there.

Both beast animatronics are actually pepper's ghost. They're each off to the side, so Belle is really the only animatronic in front of you

​@@KeepCalmContemplateYourChoices Peppers ghost doesn't just make fake things appear. It can also make real things disappear. If the human was a reflection, everything behind him would have had to stay dark after the transformation. So I'm going to have to say he's genuinely next to Belle.

Wow! This would easily be the most popular ride if installed at WDW. The shot of Saturn and Jupiter over the castle at the end was perfect!

The little pre-show before getting into the vehicles was spectacular, I wouldn't have been opposed to an attraction that had you physically walk through various scenes from the movie, like the original concept for the haunted mansion.

I’m insanely jealous this ride isn’t in Florida. If I cried watching this, I can only imagine what it would be like to ride this in person.

Spencer! This video of the ride is AMAZING!!! I'm so glad you held out for the perfect capture. Those preshow animatronics are probably my favorites in the entire thing XD. My only complaint is how empty the "Something There" wintery outdoor scene feels, and that Belle and the horse are basically blocked from most angles by the tree. It also feels like they're spinning you away from the rooms' focus more frequently than necessary... *shrug* I'd rather be watching the scene instead of spinning around looking at all the empty void of set dressing... but that's my personal opinion.

I agree with something there. I haven’t found even one video where the cup gets near belle during her singing, or if they do, it’s for like a second. The cups work very well in the ballroom scene though! The fact that there’s no track makes the room feel much bigger than it really is

The use of music in this new area is exceptional. Like walking through a fully realized Broadway show

Loathe the constant spinning. The transformation is absolutely masterful! Unfortunately, the need to make it a high capacity ride meant a lot of empty space and feels devoid of details as well.

Thank you so much for filming this Spencer. The other first published POV video somehow didn''t wow me for the ride, but OMG this one just blew me away. The only scene I find disappointing is the one with Belle and the horse outside, nothing much happens in it, but the rest look and seem perfect. The transformation effect is simply mind blowing. Tokyo certainly have a winner with this.

Wow, I can’t wait to see how DisneySea’s expansion will turn out. I bet it’ll be mind blowing. I love how the OLC gives the Imagineer’s all the money they need to do these amazing rides.

This video is so much better than the others I have seen. You captured so much more so vividly! Before I thought the whole thing was kind of sparse, but now I saw so much more of what was going on. Wonderful job! I love the horse. I want to give the horse a hug! xoxo

I disagree there are so many impressive animatronics. Pandora, rise of the resistance, smugglers run but to name a few!

I've just already seen the entire Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast Ride from the other video and it's really magical even though the audio voices are in Japanese. I wished the Disney Company would make more Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast Ride in both Disney Land Paris and Florida as since the new ride is successful in Tokyo then it could do the same for the others Disney land resorts👍.

Setting a new bar. I can think of two places in Disneyland that this can go without loss of anything important. The time has come. With the cost of entrance being what it is....we deserve this.

Just out of curiousity, whereabouts were you thinking it would fit in Disneyland? I had some ideas myself specifically in the current Fantasyland Theater location or the old Motorboat Cruise area.

The Beast's Castle is STUNNING. I think it's taller than Sleeping Beauty Castle in Anaheim, which as a CA resident just makes me sad. This is so well done.

A reminder of how great a Disney attraction can be, wish the state parks hadn’t lost their way.

I mean to be fair the same Imagineers that created this ride create rides for all the parks worldwide. The only difference is that the Tokyo parks are funded and operated by The Oriental Land Company, which allows them a much bigger budget to do rides like this.

Well i gotta admit. This ride is Amazing! I already watch all of these and i can't wait also the Soundtrack to be released in Decemeber. But they need to add more scenes like the songs "Gaston" and "Human again" also the Beast and Gaston battle at the castle.

Cons This ride could've had more scenes like the fight between Gaston and the Beast and maybe an animatronic lefou somewhere lol The spinning can be somewhat annoying if you get dizzy easily

i never realized how bad the outside of the castle at MK looked until i saw this

I wish the Be Our Guest restaurant at WDW would’ve used the plates from the movie! Seems like a missed opportunity 😓

Where do you enter the castle? Because the door at the front is closed, so is it somewhere off to the side?

Interesting to hear a Western fairy tale begin with "mukashi mukashi."

Un-Real, excuse me while I roll my tongue back into my mouth.... That is the most incredible Visual mix of robots ,lighting and music.

This is incredible, I hope it comes to Paris soon. I don't like how the animatronics in the final 2 scenes turn off a little too early though.

Would it give you motion sickness ? Does it spin fast?

I understand the need, but too bad they went with a higher capacity attraction. The size of the cups and rooms removes any and all intimacy that this attraction needed. The Finale room needs more animatronic figures surrounding: Madame de la Grande Bouche, Chef, maids and servants. It all feels a bit cold.

Great ride. Just wish they had an English version. Odd that they don't as I've looked and never found one.

As an English speaker this made me want to learn Japanese and then ad a French flair and make much lol.

Guys go to 14:23 and the rose bushes that curl crown the pillar aren’t painted🤣😂🤣😢. Not to take away from this ride it truly is an imagineering marvel.

Pros The animatronics/special effects are cutting edge magical (especially belle and the prince dancing so naturally like real people 🤯🤯🤯) The inside and outside of the castle looks astounding like it was ripped out of the movie and put in real life

Me in line for the ride trying to see how many rooms left for the queue

The ride was pretty great but personally I went in with really really high expectations and was a little disappointed by the unimaginative use of screens in the middle of the ride. The 3 hour queue definitely dampened the experience too.

What an awsome ride would love to go to Tokyo Disneyland one time (not Disney sea though that looks trash)

They linger too long in each room. Other than that, it would be great.

Very nice but not really mind blowing...the ballroom was bit empty..

To be honest the ride itself is underwhelming. There are several scenes where riders are just staring at each other. This ride may have been better with an Omnimover vehicle, like Haunted Mansion, where they can still pack high capacity but you don’t see other riders even though they are literally right next to you. If they choose to use trackless vehicle, tea cups should be turned away from each other to look at the scene instead of turning towards each other. The show building itself is magnificently done, but I would have preferred that they allocated more money to the ride itself than the show building.

When possible, I could make this English Dubbed sometime in mid-July to make it match the film. The voices for this ride when English Dubbed are: Paige O'Hara Robbie Benson Angela Lansbury Bradley Pierce Jerry Orbarch David Ogden Stiers

Someone please explain why we got an awful restaurant and a corny walk through instead of this?

Okay I absolutely love practically everything Disney but this is the first time that I have seen this video of beauty and the beast in fact I don't even know if they have one of those rides here at Disney world where I live. It is messed up. Felt like I was on an ice skating rink and I can't believe the people on those rides didn't get dizzy from circling around and around and around and around and in fact I even saw a few of them literally hurting their necks trying to see what was behind them as they went around it fast over and over. Antigo so fast and then all of a sudden you're practically stopped and they give you about 1 minute of the transformation of the beast. What can I say I am very disappointed in this ride. Sorry Walt
