Wow the animatronics is amazing. Belle’s movements are so smooth! Japan is really on another level when it comes to technology. The whole disney experience here in tokyo disneyland is really worth the money.

I’m almost certain the imagineers who dreamt it up and made the animatronics were based in the US, most likely at the imagineers headquarters in California. The Japanese company that owns and operates the Japanese parks basically just licenses the Disney name and the park is more or less the same as any other Disney park.

The blend of practical and mirror effects used to achieve the Beast's transformation sequence is SHOWSTOPPING i was gobsmacked

My husband and I got married the same year Beauty and the Beast was released, that is the fairy tale movie which has been following us during our lives. It's also the best description of how love happens, all children should watch it. The ride moved me to tears, I hope to one day enjoy it with my husband. Thanks for posting this amazing video.

The detail is amazing. That’s what you get when you take all the older imagineers and no budget cutting. We have to go just for that when my 3 year old and 7 year get alittle older

This ride made me well up during the dancing , and throughout I was completely captivated. It’s honestly possible the most awe inspiring immersive experience I’ve experienced.

Omg I thought I was being silly when my eyes wanted to water during the ride (rode it today first time) and I tried to not have a tear of happiness or two fall down my face lol I was BLOWN AWAY by it all and ABSOLUTELY just immersed and so happy to be in Belle's world and listening to my fav songs and literally transported back to being a child again 🥹🥹😭😭💖

I have to say, this is absolutely incredible. I even love the touch of detail that the Beat's self portrait that he ripped up is restored now that the curse is broken

I'm sorry, that transformation scene is the COOLEST thing I've ever seen!!!

I think trackless rides like this have made the dark ride experience so much better. Look how much more time you have to look at each show scene

Beyond Amazing!! The animatronics have reached a zenith!! But the kicker was the end ballroom scene where the 'audience' actually gets to participate, spinning around the Prince and Belle!! Truly One-Of-A-Kind!

Visited last month, it felt like dancing in the ballroom

Having recently understood projectors and lighting on skrim and lighting changes I now get how they do that beast transformation and if more parks would understand this shockingly basic tactic effects could be on levels that are unreal.

Another example as to why the OLC should have a stake in the American parks. Instead we get glorified meet and greets here in the states.

They understand and truly capture the magic that Walt Disney gave to all the parks I look forward to when I finally come there and witness that magic I have missed so much and have the same feeling I had when I first went to Disneyland when I was just 4; a kind hand that welcomes all with “come and experience a magical experience”

Wow Disney Japan never fails to impress with its advanced technology

I heard that there was a ride in Japan but never saw what it looked like. As fan of this film which is one of my favorites. This video brought tears and happiness to my eyes (😍🥹)!! Man that must have been amazing!!! It even looks amazing from castle to the inside!! Im so jealous!! But I’m happy u guys had a fun time!! 😊😁😍🥀✨🏰💕

Glad you enjoyed it Jackie! It's really unbelievable from the time you enter the queue, till you enter the tea cups and you're swaying to the music thru the ride. You really feel like they dropped you into the movie and are living it, tears were shed while we were on the ride, it really is that good!

Being a 90’s Disney World kid, I would have passed out seeing something as magical as this. 🌹 I wish there was just a translation that we could get in subtitles or something, but I know the most of it by heart so I can follow it mostly. I am NOT a flyer so the thought of me going to see these in person is real lol 😂. Thank you for the great video 💛

The cave scene alone would be amazing

I rode this irl recently and it was AMAZING. Came here to relieve the experience and this video does not do it justice for how good this ride was.

You know Disney in America could learn something from this. All the rides I've seen at Disney World/Land are so dull and drab. My jaw dropped when the beast transformed.

guys- in the end dancing scene the prince literally moves his feet-i just don't understand how they could make such amazing animatronics 😵‍💫🥹

The thing is - how does Tokyo Disney afford such technology and yet the other parks don’t for whatever reason? This is honestly so amazing! I can’t get over the transformation scene and them dancing at the end, it was so smooth and fluid!

If I'm not wrong, Tokyo Disneyland is partially funded by Japan goverment or it's partially owned by japan... Similar to Paris, just with a lot more money, technology and actual love for the properties represented 😅

Tokyo Disney isn't owned or operated by Disney but rather, the owners license the IP from Disney for the park. They're the only Disney park that operates this way.

I finally experienced this yesterday and it's great. Everything are so detailed. The rooms and animatronics are larger than you see here. Luckily, yesterday was raining heavily and the line was within 30 minutes. So I ride two times

Beauty and the Beast has been my favorite Disney movie ever since I was just a wee baby(my own folks and my grandmother saw this magical masterpiece when it first came out in theaters) and when I first went to Disneyland when I was about 4 years old the very first character I met was The Beast and this magical movie never gets old on me; if anything it gets even better as I grow up And seeing this amazing ride at a Disney park I heard nothing but amazing things about; from the animatronics to the beauty of the inside of the castle and the outside in the village, my inner little kid who always loved watching the movie in my room with my stuffed animals is just saying “I want to meet Belle and the Beast!!” Have already put Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea on my list of places to visit; as well as Ghibli Park; when I finally go with my cousins to Japan and this ride is my #1 place to go first Thank you so much for this amazing ride through

WE NEED THIS RIDE IN THE AMERICAN PARKS ASAP!!!

I was just there with my wife last week! It was such an amazing ride and the best one in Tokyo Disney resorts! It was so good we had to ride it twice. Can't wait to come back again with the new expansions at Disney Sea!

Wow! I indulge in watching the 90s version like twice a week and this seriously made me cry with sheer excitement and happiness like when I saw it as a child for the first time.

That was amazing, it was quite an immersive experience. The details (horse) are spectacular. Thank you so much, makes me want to rewatch the movie. Love it❤❤❤❤❤

Such a great ride, and you end it in the ballroom dancing with everyone.... loved it!

Was just at Tokyo Disney Sea and Tokyo Disneyland and this attraction was seriously the best of them all!

Going here xmas 23 and I think I might bawl like a baby on this ride! I’m tearing up just watching this, it looks phenomenal and literally cannot wait!! ❤

Just visited in June 23, a word of advice- do The Happy Ride with Baymax at any cost. One of the best rides in the park aside from this one.

I would genuinly stand up and applaud for this ride.

My mother would have loved to go on this ride over and over... 😞 I miss her so much!

Wow🎉 it's the first time I 😢 on an attraction ride😅. The story and the 🎵 is so beautiful 😊. Even though we don't know Japanese, we are so deeply touched. The beauty and the beast is soooo classic. I hope the ride comes to Disneyland or Disney world soon 😅

I'm going to Tokyo next month, but my time is limited, so that I can't visit Disneyland. Hopefully... Well next year, please 🙏🏻🤩 You did great! The last scene is the best. Even with the first scene not fully operational in this video,this is still my favorite attraction .

Stood in line to queue for slightly over 2 hours but it was so worth it! Experience was really immersive. It was just magical when we entered the ballroom portion. Defintely catch this ride if you go to Tokyo Disneyland!

It's long overdue.

Been to this ride early this year with my niece and all I can it is BEAUTIFUL! The only bad part is the line, I mean it’s the most high demand ride in the park, it has an average 230 minutes!! I had to buy a premiere pass and it’s all worth it! Will I do it again? Hell yeah! Try it out folks, you will love it!
