This was great, I been tryin to find out about "is there any cure for polycystic ovaries?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Vlada Bokii: The lecture pointed out that OSA is increased in PCOS even in thin women, and that there is another factor besides obesity at work - but they don’t know what it is.

I did not understand how can insulin resistance contribute in POCS directly beside obesity and high levels of androgens because I read some where that insulin resistance can block the action of FSH but how ?

Not sure yet. I know I want to touch on the normal menstrual cycle and then also gestational trophoblastic disease, differential diagnosis of amenorrhea, menorrhagia, and birth control methods. I also want to do some stuff on gyn infections, though I covered it to some degree in the infectious diseases videos. Then I plan to make some videos on obstetrics.

What about the Bartholins glands adjacent? Is there any connection. I have been noted to have a polycyst mass within and have trouble with barts too.

My periods are totally normal. But my androgens are so high and the symptoms are so severe that I cannot even go in public.
