I have PCOS with endometrial hyperplasia. I developed it in my 40's. I have had 3 D&Cs because of it. Had been on progesterone for 5 years, then stopped. Then had bleeding again before the 3rd D&C. A few months later, spotting returned, and went back on progesterone. Gyn says it is precancerous, doesn't recommend a hysterectomy. Why?

hi had a complex hyperplasia on first biopsy, then had op given iud during hysterocopy and some tissue taken .now after 5 weeks had results of tissue taken no hyperlasia, had iud removed, had 2 months of bleeding given tranexamic acid, then 4 weeks of bleeding specks in clear and sometimes pink discharge no infection, now had bioposy again 3 days ago as still bleeding. one gyno said clear, another one said complex hyperplasia doesnt just disappear, and cells cant always be extracted in same area, so now i am so confused, whats your option please

Why is there so much conflict on the age of when perimenopause begins in women? I thought it was early-mid 40s, but after going into my physician for this very issue you are covering, the physicians in the clinic I was at stated perimenopause doesnt even begin in women until early-mid 50s! I had a biopsy done and was told my lining was almost at a 20 but my cycle started the VERY next day; couldnt this have been a reason why my lining was so thick? I was so far into the cycle? Getting on prevogen is NOT something I want to consider although it is route doctor wants me to take; I am looking for natural routes now.

Hi, I have the same issue. Are you getting any better?

  • @ebgbjo2025

@@rudet79 I am! Please just give your body time. Don't rush to the doctor in a panic like I did. They always jump right to meds, which can have very risky side effects and that don't make the issue any better. If possible and feel like you must see someone, try to find a naturopath physician. Get in some exercise, watch the sugar levels, get some rest, and have patience. Prayers to you.

When peri menopause starts depends on the woman. My grandmother went into menopause at 32. My girlfriend was 40. The average age is 50s tho. All depends on the woman. And I would definitely get another opinion if you are not comfortable with what your dr is telling you
