Hello Sir, thank you sa informative videos. Sunod sunod ko po pinanood. Nakatulong po sa research ko kasi magpapa build ako ng banyo soon. Gusto ko sana industrial style na bathroom kaya polished concrete and theme. Bale sold na po ako na gamitan ng Floortek S ang bathroom floor (after waterproofing) para polished concrete siya. We cannot recommend this for outside applications because it has a tendency to darken when exposed to sunlight.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. NO. Topical sealers and densifiers are designed to penetrate the surface of the concrete to chemically harden or mechanically bond with the substrate. Floor coatings are non-porous, and sealers wont be able to penetrate its surface, which leads to delamination.

pwede po bang mag patong yung dalawang sealer? Apply muna yung penetrating sealer at pag nagcure na.. apply naman yung topical sealer. Pang garage po.

Kapag acrylic painted (2 colors gray and white, checkered style) ang concrete floor, pwede po ba final coating ang topical sealer? Hindi po ba maghahalo or magkakalat ang 2 colors sa colorless na topical sealer?

The preparation for the application of floor sealers would take time if the slab needs repairs first or needs to be smoothened using a topping. As for the tile adhesive, you may need to use a topping as well so as to avoid using the thick bed method. Plus, the price of tiles could also vary depending on the type of tile to be used.

You can watch this video for your reference: kzread.info/dash/bejne/gIeM1slqY7HUYMo.html Floortek S is a topical sealer in glossy finish and it is not advisable to mix with the skim coat. If you want a matte finish sealer, you can use Floortek SM.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, make sure na maayos yung topping. Walang cracks, hindi dusty at smooth in finish. You can also use Hardcrete 303 skim coat for floors before Floortek S.
