He’s going to jail first and could be there for years. You only go to prison after the trial and you have been convicted and sentenced to more than a year and a day. If you are sentenced to one year or less you stay in jail and don’t go to prison. I hope that helps you narrate your videos.

Right. Jail is where you go immediately after being arrested, if your sentence is less than 1 year, or if you’re waiting to be transferred to prison after sentencing. Prison is for a sentence longer than 1 year and only after sentencing. Conditions and treatment by staff also vary GREATLY.

nobody is getting "transported to prison". When they are arrested they go to county jail, major difference.

I'd be interested to know more about the so-called "armed burglary". Robbery implies person-upon-person, whereas burglary implies person-upon-property (without another person being present aside from the burglar). Also, how can someone be charged with trafficking cash? Do you mean money laundering, or am I just missing something here. That last one was some sweet Karma, right? Guy steals vehicles (motorcycle), motorcycle breaks down, Karma Cop arrives and gets everything taken care of. Awesome! Thanks for the great videos!

They may have turned evidence.....told on someone. The cops could have messed it up too by not following correct procedure. There's alot of reasons as to why the charges were dropped.
