Saw him live once, he didn't stop for like three hours, i laughed so much the next day i felt i'd been doing sit ups! The best.

And a big one in "FUNNY BONES" together with Jerry Lewis! Evans was also in the movie "Mousetrap" and others. But he never created a comedy persona/character he could use in a series of movies, like Mr. Bean, Mr Hulot(Tati), Jerry Lewis "the idiot", Stan & Laurel, Chaplin, etc.I wish he would have done that, and film comedy would have been richer for that.
