Kinda - "A couple and their 13-year-old child - on a house-hunting tour in September - pulled up to the suburban home where Beasley was living with his wife and then-18-month-old son and found the property roped off. Beasley approached their vehicle and pointed a rifle as he told them to leave."

A White man from Texas who rents out a gated million dollar ranch sees a suspicious SUV with their lights on at the end of the long driveway that has sign on no trespassing. Watching the intruders after a while he gets his gun to protect his family and property. He walks down the long driveway to the SUV and they don't respond. He taps on the window with his gun and tells them to leave his property. They then leave and he keeps his gun on the intruders to make sure they leave. Not knowing who's in the car the intruders tell cops and media that they had a kid in the car and pointed the gun at it. But by virtue, whoever is in the car is getting the gun pointed at them as they leave. What happened to protecting one's family and property?

so what happened is he just moved to Minnesota during all of the protest and looting. Some house sales people were showing the house to potential buyers not knowing the house was already bought. Because he just moved and all of the riots going on he got his gun and told the people to get off his property. Not knowing that someone bought the house (the sales person might of thought who is this crazy guy with a gun?) they called the cops. When the cops entered his house they found a lot of weed and unregistered guns.
