If I was in Jose's situation, I would of slept out there on them blue couches and made myself at home for one night then to be in a jail cell with Tyrone and his inmates having to fight everyday to make sure that they don't get my cheeks. That's why I called jail the booty house because it's not a place for nobody to go too, I love my freedom and liberty too much where I could cook whatever I want and sleep in my bed every night after a long day from work.

What is with this ridiculous trend of blaming everything on single mothers who usually work their butts off trying to bring up young people like this, and making judgements on the mother despite the fact this boy is more than old enough to make his own decisions? The kid's so unprepared for this world, I feel slight guilt in my certainty that he'll be devoured by the system & he won't even know he's in the blender 'til the lid shuts. Best part is how the Sergeant talks to him like a naughty little boy (because that's basically what he is). What better response to all his attempted manly boasting and bullying? Dont give him the the satisfaction of being treated like a man, because he isn't one. Hes going to be a convict pretty soon if he keeps up his dumbassery. Has a court date, gets his backpack seized as evidence when his buddy is arrested and his car seized, harasses the cops into arresting him the evening before court, he is going to strongly regret his choices in life someday. That's the problem with kids this age, the consequences don't seem real, the future is a vague thing that doesn't seem like it's really going to come, life will always be the same. Until you find out how real they are and how bad you screwed your life up, and the consequences have come to stay. Occasionally kids get smart after a close call and they realize it's for real, but i feel like this guy isn't smart enough for that to be likely. If he gets charges dropped he won't see it as the break of a lifetime, he will assume it's just the natural course of events and keep pushing until suddenly he finds himself looking at 15 years for interstate trafficking or manslaughter. It's really kind of sad when you think about it, there is some truth to what they say when they say kids like this "never had a chance". Usually no father, and when when they have one he's often a negative role model himself, and even if Mom tries hard she's surrounded by a society that wants to ruin her kids and corrupt them.

I'd be checking that backpack really good because he is freaking out a little too much for just papers

Not necessarily haha you'd assume cuz he's in police custody they'd bring him but it's the next day so if it is court in another county they aren't bringing him or if he isn't done being processed and booked by 8 am he isn't making it

He ain't gonna learn, he starts up again as soon as the sarg starts being peaceful with him, he thinks because he's an authority figure among them and that he's being nice, he can manipulate him. He's very, very stupid, but also has a predatory mindset. Probably a sociopath, and won't ever really change much unless he himself looks in the mirror some day and dictates that he's going to change. Most of them are incapable, because they always argue with people when they're wrong.
