@@flyoverkid55 you're wrong. I was in an accident that lead to my complete disabilities. But the first thing I did was help a man that had been thrown in the air, and was unconscious on the ground. I was in a truck that was hit, by the same car that hit the pedestrian. Shock plays a big part in what people do after an accident.

Taxpayers will pay for the criminals medical bills, meanwhile, the person whose car was stolen has to find another vehicle. Their insurance will total the car and maybe give them a few thousand dollars. That won't remotely pay for anything reliable, so they will have to take out a loan, which they may not be able to even afford.

The look on his face was priceless when he realized how stupid he was to follow that suspect. Watching it, I was amazed that neither of them got splattered on the freeway. Real life Frogger there. So no surprise that some think during an adrenaline rush that they might just get away. If you notice, one was just wandering about the scene for way too long before he/she was arrested.

It is scary to watch carjackers abandoned one car then go for another especially on off and on ramps. Many years ago I had two guys in an old truck stop in front of me under a bridge in Santa Barbara in the rougher side of town early in the evening no one was around they got out of the vehicle with baseball bats approached me in my car. Will that was stupid on their part because I had an old Olds Ninety Eight and I gunned the gas and chased them. The driver left the door open on the truck and I drove into it smashing it against the fender I guess they thought I was just a dumb kid but I grew up in Hammond, Indiana just South of Chicago and had it rough I never called the police on them neither did they it was mutual combat. They picked on the wrong guy.

It looked like that one girl tried the door on that black SUV, maybe thinking she could jack that one and get away! But, it appears that the driver locked his/her door! That was probably good for the girl as well, because if the driver was carrying she would've gotten a lot more than just some bumps and bruises from the wreck!

Great job with MnDot cameras coordinating with State Troopers via radio relaying info caught on camera out of sight of Troopers. Society needs to Vote out the liberal district attorneys & judges that refuse to prosecute & hold criminals accountable. It's a kick in the crotch to the Cops & Society to keep letting them go. Nothing will change until there's actual punishment. Criminals just laugh because they know they'll walk.. it's pathetic
