probably, but it could also be a bull shark. The images aren't clear enough to determine the dorsal fin placement-Nurse sharks have a placement further back than bulls

That "Chase down" was pretty weak. You made it seem like an actual chase with the title, not and drive by life jacket check. I like the videos but hate that type of lure in false advertising.

Advice for the sail cat? Yeah, know your overall height out of the water and check the tide boards on the side of the bridge fenders, that show what the current height of the bridge is.. From the video we can see that it was about 32-33 ft at the time. Pretty fundamental stuff

Ya well kinda damned if you do damned if you don't kinda thing. Trim out slam down hard every wave, trim in dunk the bow and wash down the deck.

That contraption is way cool . Hialeah & checking out the beautiful Gata , Nurse Shark , the RN . Docile creatures with a taste for Langosta .

I really wish some of these boats can come to Trinidad and Tobago and compete in our Annual Great Race from Trinidad to Tobago and test their mettle and skills against our power boats here. See the true power of our Pirogues and Cats. It's normally held in August. Looking forward to seeing you all. 😉 😊

It looks like a Thresher Shark, with that long sloped back tail and the little extra blob near the end.

A little hard to tell at that angle. Thresher sharks are more of a far offshore shark, but the top of it's tailfin sure was elongated. So maybe.

That's gonna be the cost to hire the master mechanic to stop by your sailboat in his white pants, white shirt, and white shoes and for him to look at the boat and go, "hmmm, uh-huh, hmmm, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh" and then he says, "I'll get back to you with an estimate". That's when it's time to sell grandma (she's a good cook and bakes awesome cookies, so she'll fetch some cold hard cash) and raid the college fund for the kid. Ooops, I mean, kids - all 3 of them. The Mystic boat was very cool. Should have been called Hornet or Bumblebee. I’ve seen that old dude on that Boston Whaler a bunch on your channel. I think he just likes burning gas. Never looks like he is fishing or anything important. Kind of weird. Love your content 👍👍

Nurse shark. When you're in the hospital she comes around at 6 am to draw blood, but will also bring you a piece of candy if you were being good! This is why we love those nurse sharks!

@@hannahpumpkins4359 Negative. The sharks rear fin clearly has a lower fluke. Nurse sharks do not have this, I suspect this is a nasty bull shark, due to the blunt head. I used to surf all the time in Fort Pierce, and I know my sharks. Bull sharks are nothing to mess with, you get away from them or get out of the water; Nurse sharks are about as dangerous as your neighbor's poodle~

I miscalculated a bridge in mission Bay in my 30-ft Newport by about 6 in. Luckily I hit full reverse and just barely touched the bridge because I was going super slow. These guys though, looks like they miscalculated by about 5 ft and they hit it that at a couple knots what are they thinking? Very lucky they did not get demasted. Less lucky was a friend of mine who lost his leg when he got demasted. I had calculated the height of the bridge based upon known measurements and the height of my mast at low tide and that I would have enough room, and I didn't. My advice would be to go slower and have a better sense of space.

You need to pay attention to the tides high tide is not the time to try and cross under a bridge if you have a tall mast
