I love how peaple use pole dancing as more of a art... even the more showy kind to me its a art all dancing is art no matter its material

Alisa Nichole Usually no. But sometimes it depends on the drop, or how much do you squeeze the pole as you drop... or even from what the pole is made from .. e.g. The gripier the pole the more the burn ;) This drop particularly doesn't hurt at all.

Alisa Nichole yes it absolutely hurts, a lot, you get crazy bruises but then just get used to it and for most pole dancers our nerves are dead. It's worth it ❤️❤️❤️

To be fair many people do pole dancing as an art rather than a sexual thing, so not every routine you see will have both. Some focus mainly on sexy, others focus mainly on the routine itself and doing cool moves, some will do both
