Polarity, Resonance, and Electron Pushing: Crash Course Organic Chemistry #10
We’ve all heard the phrase “opposites attract.” It may or may not be true for people, but it’s definitely true in organic chemistry. In this episode of Crash Course Organic Chemistry, we’re learning about electronegativity, polarity, resonance structures, and resonance hybrids. We’ll practice a very important skill for this course that will help us avoid a lot of memorization in the future: electron pushing. It’ll be a lot of trial and error at first, but we all start somewhere!

As a chemistry postgrad and massive Steven universe fan, I have never been more pleased by a single video. Also everything is amazingly explained, kudos as usual for spreading knowledge on a subject so many hate or don’t properly understand
Ooo, that picture is for sure suprise, but a welcom one :D
So... I clicked for ruby and sapphire, but it appears I must watch every past episode. So.... brb
the steven universe reference was not expected but incredibly welcome 🥰

I clicked just for Ruby and Sapphire
One of the few episodes since the earliest that's educational beyond "help people do their o-chem homework". Much appreciation from someone who never expects apply any of this in a lab and only subscribed to learn about the world.
That’s an amazing Steven Universe cameo lol

It’s amazing how exactly in order the videos compare to my class! Thank you so much crash corse for all the extra review practice
Thanks crash course,I been waiting for 2 weeks for a new organic chemistry video🔥🤩💙
Tbh when I was loving the Sherlock fandom I was in the middle of class when I saw Sherlock and John in one of their vids. I was just silently freaking out in my seat. Gotta love it when they do this.
This video explains topics way better then out teacher this organic chemistry video series is helping me a ton so thanks for these videos.

In here for both the reference and the science! Keep up the good work. =)
i came for ruby and sapphire, i stayed for some SCIENCE. i now know more about polarity in organic chemistry even though i, an mfa creative writing student, do not immediately need that knowledge. i regret nothing.
The crash course uses all the greatest tool to enjoy learning 😁
