Agreed.. Indian state betrayed the people of Panjab and since 1947 have been anti Sikh and anti Panjab. Sikhs are mistaken if they still think they can achieve an outcome that was agreed at the time of the Partition. Even if all 13 Panjab MPs demand rights of Panjab (which will never happen) Indian state will never agree to it. Only hope is international support, including the British and UN, who oversaw the partition. Referendum being the best current option available.

Later they divided Punjab and want full capital city plus full control of rivers as water flow from there part of land. Even Sikkim has its own capital other North eastern states have its own capital but why Punjab is not getting their rights like other states are enjoying it. Sir in Punjab hindus are also living in large majority where they use Hindi language instead of gurmukhi because they seek their religion in that language and if suppose sikh want extra so hindu people will also enjoying the rights along with that so what's wrong in that if they fighting for their rights
