Still my Fav Polaris song, RIP Ryan x
This is the song that introduced me to Polaris. Until then, I watched Ryan’s videos to learn how to play some of my favourite covers. Dude is legendary and it’s shocking to see him go so soon. RIP Ryan. You’re one of the good ones.
This band is the guy she told you not to worry about

Rest in peace, Ryan. Absolute legend of a player. 🎸
Keep doing what you're doing boys, this genre needs more bands like you.

You're a terrible troll and that's a bad bait, if they sounded like every other progressive/djent band in the genre I wouldn't be listening to them.

But you're saying it like they're talent-less. Give credit where credit is due. They are pretty fucking good instrument wise.

Mikkel, you're not alone. These kids sound exactly like any modern Djent/Metalcore band... which means technical wankery, boring 1 note chugs, the same calm bridges, emo-whiney core-ish vocals, etc. Predictable and soooo boring. They know how to play, but composition-wise... pretty lame and not very interesting. Anyone saying this band* is "Prog" doesn't know anything about Progressive Metal.
Thank you Ryan and Polaris. I hope the rest of you boys and his family are okay ❤
i feel every guitar lesson ive skipped in this.
this song and playthrough got me into heavy music

3:06 beautiful tone
I love that you can actually tell that Ryan genuinely enjoys playing guitar. So many guitarists look bored when they are doing playthroughs. Nicely done!

I think for the most part, they "look" bored but actually aren't, they're probably concentrating like crazy to not mess up for the play through lol

1:58 you can just feel the Architects inspiration, especially seeing it on the guitar with no headstock
Musically, you guys are insane. Such amazing guitarists. Polaris needs more recognition to be honest. Hope you guys make it far, you're fantastic musicians. Also, your cover of Marigold (I think it was) was amazing.

I’ve watched this so many times man, so perfect
I cant get tired of listening to any of your material....UNREAL!
just want to say how cool it is that you guys post the tabs. not enough bands do that and its just an extra step that you don't have to take. Just know that us guitar players that admire your skill really appreciate it.
So sick!! One of the best bands in the mix right now. Can't wait for more new tunes
2:53 on is fucking sublime. Holy shit. I got chills. Seriously one of the nicest solo/breakdowns I've ever heard. You guys are too good!
Absolutely in love with this music! Seriously has got that fire back in me again! 🤙🏻
YES THANK YOU BASED RYAN AND RICK FOR THE TABS/MIDI FOR THE REST OF THE STUFF (DRUMS, BASS, PIANO) I'VE BEEN WAITING MONTHS FOR THEM Love the EP/playthrough too btw, you guys signed my CD and shirt :)
Volume at 120% for you, Ryan. We gonna sing so loud you'll hear it from the heavens. Rest in Power my man.
RIP Ryan, we are all gutted by your loss.
That was so beautiful fellas! You guys are so talented! Love it
It's been over a year and I still fucking love this. I admire you two.
Production is spot on..and an amazing job on the chorus, you guys outdone yourselves!
That solo gave me goosebumps big time
I love this but also love just instrumentals for a change without vocals like you guys did with Unfamiliar. I have watched that so many times. Keep it up and thanks!
From 1:57 to 2:12, I'm getting a strong Architects vibe for some reason haha! :D Love it!

Hahaha first time I saw a mayones guitar was in a guitar store and from far away when I saw it I said to him "is that a mayonnaise guitar?"
Usually vocals don't sound that good over prog metal instrumentals but this was honestly great can't wait see/hear more!!
Hell yeah! Technical as fuuuuuuuuccccckkkk but beautifully structured to keep my ears wanting more! 👍👍👍
I fucking love the clean vibe. I just found you guys 20 minutes ago and your already gunna be a new favorite band of mine. So sick! And I love the tuning you guys use. I'm gunna hafto try it out when I get my new 7 string.
Simply beautiful
I'm getting huge Architects vibes from this. Love it.
You guys upped your game and I can no longer say I dislike the music you make. Awesome stuff...
Ever since Polaris by the human abstract I seem to love everything with this name. This is no different, new fan here. Cheers from Dallas texas

This is the first song I heard from you guys last summer and it still hits like a ton of bricks
Woah! I am so glad I found you guys!!!
holy shit!! first time listening to these guys and im definitely impressed
always thought this song had one of the most epic clean vocal appearences. just totally blows this song out of the water imo. I do how however really appreciate digesting what the guitars are doing now that I can see them

This is fucking sick guys, it's like all the best metalcore/progressive metal bands all got together. Bit of everything, wild. Really digging those clean FX, especially Ryan's ones, can you guys tell me what you're using? Sounds a bit like the Afterneath
Man. I love Polaris...
SO FUCKING AMAZING GUYS!!!!! 12/10

Hope Rick and the boys are doing ok. Can't imagine what them and Ryan's family are going through.

This is tasty, tasty music!
