Absolutely. You could see it in his face. He truly enjoyed playing, and the music he wrote reflects that. You can hear the power of it just in this play through. RIP man, the battles over. ❤

That lead part is confusing as fuck to learn lmao. He barely repeats the same note pattern at all. It's a always some sort of change up.
Rest in Peace Ryan. You will be sorely missed. My heart breaks for his family and bandmates. Thank you for the amazing contributions to the world of metal

RIP king. The lyrics always spoke to me, but your skills were next level. You were already big, going to be huge. Really makes me wonder what was going through your head when you wrote 01:57
Ryan's riffs we're always no nostalgic. R.I.P Legend. 0:47
The Death of Me is easily the best album I have ever heard, period. Every single song is unique and has passion and life put into it. I've never been so proud to be a metalcore fan!

Sir, you said it all.
I am once again reminded of a comment I saw years ago on one of Ryans covers, it went something like "he is great at playing someone elses music but i'd like to see him write his own stuff"...oh how I hope they paid attention
Rest in Paradise man, the only thing I ultimately regret is not seeing you guys live ONCE. I am hurt by the news, I hope he’s found peace and the band will as well. You guys are so talented, Ryan was certainly a god on guitar. All love and respect.
All the amazing nuances you hear without the vocals are incredible. Don’t get me wrong I love the song, but this is beautiful

Ryan looked so happy here man, such a horrific loss. RIP you beautiful soul. A true pioneer and an amazing guitarust
This very song, and this very clip is what got me into Polaris. Great band, great guitarists. RIP Ryan - from someone you never knew existed, but I knew you did.
1:30 I love this, they all (especially Ryan) just go "ooooh yeaaaah.." and bop their heads. But then again, who doesn't?
As someone that has primarily played only metalcore and prog tunes for years, 1:08 is still the most fun riff to play. So fucking good. R.I.P Ryan man what a talent

Rest In Peace Ryan. Your energy and your soul will be missed in the music world. Your playing has inspired me as a musician. My prayers go to your family, your friends, your band mates, and too all you’ve touched.
Definitely singing "Im a wreck, i confess, I am in so far above my head and ive been telling everyone that i cant bear the weight" during the chorus.

Man this is my new fave🎉 so nice
One of the most dope songs I've ever heard
beautifully played, one of my favourites off the album
THIS IS SICK MAN
Been learning this song from a tab book I bought at your show. I am so floored that people can write such dynamic and soulful riffs. Every note in the lead is so perfect. It must have taken so much time to put this all together.
And this is why this song was my top song for 2020! Man, you guys are absolutely incredible!! Keep up the great work!
What an amazing work. Love this performance.
this is fantastic! really shows off the talented songwriting behind it all
It's so incredible how you can vibe with this song so much in its original form but then hearing this makes you appreciate the nuances that the incredible song writing brings out here. Absolutely fantastic song, thanks for this mates, keep doing them!

My favourite song from the latest album. Thanks for sharing 😍
This will forever be one of my favourite songs ever written, it’s honestly unfathomable how you could put together such a literal perfect song, every riff, note, slide in this song is just absolutely perfect. You will be missed so much man, you look so happy in this video and it’s so hard to think how far you could’ve further come, considering the popularity of fatalism. Ryan forever 🖤
Really love how Ryan is vibing to the song while playing 😄
