Old comment, but I certainly took those words to heart in Pokemon Reborn, where you have to fight a Garchomp that's 30 levels above your current level cap. I cheesed it by alternating between Mawile and Noibat to lower it's attack to -6 and PP stall it out of EQ and Dragon Rush.

22:29 Metal burst is like both counter and mirror coat in the same move. It deals back 1.5 damage taken but it doesn't matter if it was physical or special.

This. The one disadvantage to the move being it doesn't have negative priority like Counter or Mirror Coat, so if you outspeed the opponent, the move fails. Bastiodon's a perfect pokemon to make use of it, since it's so slow. Also, Metal Burst can be scary because all of these moves ignore all type matchups besides immunities and deal fixed damage and unlike the other two, there are no types with an immunity against Steel types. So assuming you go second, it will always hit.

If I had a nickel for every time a person reacting to this didn’t know what metal burst did, I would have 2 nickels… which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice

Man, his reaction to seeing jaiden kill the shiny bunny was basically: "You can actually pinpoint the second his heart breaks in pieces.... riiiiiight... there!"

He's right about what Jaiden adds to her videos. actually it is because when giratina split her in half her other half lost which is why she had the same pokemon on the creepy screen and not the pokemon she had on her first attempt

I'm playing through Platinum, and that just happened to me except it was with my own Pokémon. My Speed Boost Yanmega got an omni-boost twice in a row with Silver Wind, so she was at +2 Attack, +2 Defense, +2 Sp. Attack, +2 Sp. Defense, and +5 Speed. I was so shocked, but it happened in a meaningless trainer battle lol.

Yeah he lost to another Groudon due to the other Groudon having the set up move he didn't use, I think Psych Up or something, it uped the Attack stats then swept his team with Earthquake.

There are so many freeze frames from Jaiden's Pokemon videos that would make amazing desktops for a laptop/computer or backround for your phone its insane and also really funny (mostly because they either look like what ever is on screen would crush your skull if it were real, because thats how cool it is or its just strait up hilarious and that"s what you love about it)

The reason for this is because of how sexualized Gamefreak made Lopunny. It's basically the "furry dream" Pokemon. It's not really the fault of the players who like the Pokemon, but for how sexualized the Pokemon was designed.
