For the Chel bit and how much more saucy she was, a bit of both yes and no. The no being that she had a bit more since she was in a poncho. But yes because THATS ALL SHE HAD ON. She was buck naked under that thing and they were being very cheeky not to show underneath.

RPM (Reactor Plant Manual) same sentence over and over. I am glad I retired and never have to mess with Nuclear power any more.
