    Does the stat randomizer takes the BST of the Pokemon and randomize it or is it just random stats for every Pokemon?

    it takes the bst of the pokémon and has a range of 2/3x to 3/2x the bst and then redistributes randomly

    For some reason youtube will only let me watch ep 39 at 144p quality, no option to change, I'm guessing my youtube is having a stroke
