If you were looking for a sign to start your stream back up, this is it! I love listening to you just casually talking about poe

I believe the Delirium item quantity bonus only applies to monster which were in the map when Delirium was activated (so for example, it does not apply to monsters "in chests", as they have not yet spawned). So, the bonus should probably also not apply to the monsters spawned by Harbinger, but it is also possible that this is some kind of exception, due them being "prespawned"... because iirc that kind of mechanic exists somewhere, I am just not sure if it applied to Harbinger. I also don't know if it applies to the Harbinger shards themselves: The Harbinger mobs definitely already exist, but the splinter drops might use some kind of different mechanic.

The devotion mobs that accompanies the pack with a harbinger is truly insane

Any chance there's a POB of the build you used? Looked like a lot of fun! Cant really find much of Kinetic Blast on KZread or anywhere else and your setup looked easy to swap to from Ele hit.

t17 can still drop while singular focus is allocated, but only if it rolls as your favoured map. My understanding is you can potentially miss out on some T17's because of singular focus.

Nice vid Grim, Ive been using this strat to good effect for 3 days now, so I’m not bummed if prices go up and I need to experiment with breach or something. Are you planning on releasing some mirror tier crafting vids with league mechanic? I managed to craft my friend and I two perfect mirror tier Ele bows on just the first day after buffs, so I’m interested to see what you do with it 😊

@@Grimro Right? I also thought it was fairly straight forward after the craft of exile calculator but I saw a guy made an “optimized graveyard” spreadsheet on Reddit today and it was missing a lot of simple optimization, but it got over 1k upvotes and no one seemed to even notice the mistakes. 🫤

Harbingers drop primarily currency shards. Shards from Harbingers are not affected by modifiers to Item Quantity - either from the player or area modifiers.

What do you think about Beyond, I feel its not giving me much tainted. but beside the tainted. is beyond giving more loot in general or scarabs ty?

I've tried this and dropped much less scarabs than using strongbox strategy. First I thought that it could be blocking nodes which didn't affect strongbox mods, turned them off and still was not showering in scarabs at all. IMO harbingers are still bad on their own, before div-ex swap they were well balanced with exalt shards. Think about it: we still have engineer and binding shards, but not divine shards. 95% of the time clearing harbinger feels like playing ruthless

Carto scarab of corruption is busted, would definitely recommend if you can't access 8 mods otherwise.

Been running this strat for a while thanks to your old video (really fun strat, thanks) and was wondering if its worth taking the bottom left necropolis nodes for more devoted mods, as when i ran this with another tree, I got the "accompanied by a harbinger" node on packs a couple times and it spawns a lot of harbingers, also devoted mods are just really good in general even after the nerf. Was wondering if there was anything not as necessary in the tree to drop for the necropolis nodes.

Points are kinda tight but honestly the league mechanic is completely broken so it's not a bad idea. Taking the all flame nodes is also completely out of control.

Are we sure that the single type scarab is a net neutral gain ? Isn't it possible that it chooses the highest tier of currency rolled, making it better ?

Using it is positive gain, it's just neutral to last league assuming the definition of rarer shards is the same

It does but unless you hit the fracturing explosion most of your money will be from scarabs and map sales so I doubled down on them instead.

Is the Duplication scarab better than having two rusted? It is less harbies per map but you get double loot, considering this strat is all or nothing.

@Grimro I thought I read somewhere that Delirium reduces the amount of Altars that can spawn. Is there any truth to that or am I mistaken? I usually get about 10 blue altars when I run 8mod Harvest with magic pack size and Influence pack size scarabs

I'm testing a lot of stuff, this iteration is substantially easier to clear though so I ran this one for the test and I was happy with the profitability so decided it was worth posting.

I like harbinger so i decided to run some maps on this strategy. Map one i dropped a natural Headhunter. Do i count that as an outlier?

14:56 also i LOVE that low key since your farming SO MANY scarabs for oyur self, theres also a second atlas plan where you farm 8 mod maps with proper favorites to get yourself an extreem juicer set to run again with harby like we used ot do hahaha~ and i also love that you can really customize the difficulty to what you build can handle nad as you get loot, you get upgrades adn thne you add more difficulty :) plus you COULD try to drop beyond early on and squeeze in deli mirrors that arnt perminent and still run the good layout and pull out some nice token deli orbs to help offset some early running costs idk~ after i do some minima linvest strongboxes once i swap off of my starter tree t and finish my progressino id love to be able ot get into this on LA deadeye because ive never tried blasting~ even if my build sucks ill slowly work towardrd the goal items and maybe get the swet spot of content difficulty with time per map and content reward nad it sounds hilarious~ plus i LOVE THAT CORRUTPED 8MODS CAN NOW HAVE IMPLICITYS THAT ARE JUST EXTRA JIUICEY :)

The link to the atlas tree you have in the description isn't the same as the one in your video. Example: In the video you have the skill points allocated up to (but not taking) Invasive Adversaries. But, in the link to the atlas tree you do not have those points.

Ignore the other comment, the video is NOT too long, the more information the better!

Given the price of some scarabs I decided to go in on abyss + scarab on my atlas tree so far. Usually I would do expedition + legion but legion got nerfed a little and there's no challenges for expedition

@@Grimro i thought about it and i feel that the most reliable scarab would be : - Unique monster spawn 8-12 portals - Ambush x2 - Ambush Pair if u take beyond + ambush and take both unique and rare monster scarab wheel, maybe it's worth it. i don't know the price and rairty of the beyond scarab thought. and the map will be dependant on if you get the +20 rogue, as it will be 160 to 240 more beyond portals (without counting the rogue pair chance) with tormented spirit on them and stuff.

What is the bold undertakings node for? Just travel node for the small map nodes?

The loot you want is from the rares.

Could you replace a harbinger scarab with a cartographer scarab of corruption to just get all 8 mod corrupted map drops out the gate? No chisels probably not ideal. Idk. I miss the sextant. :(

Sure I guess, you'd over sustain 8 mod maps and have to sell them via TFT as it would be a large part of the profit. Assuming people bulk buy 8 mods. Not sure if that's a thing people do this league. If 8 mods cost the same as a normal map, you'd be losing a significant portion of your profit doing this.

why no take the harbinger notes there give 20% chance for extra to drop an addiotnal stack of currency? that dont work or`?

Hmm I get more scarabs with going max map effect and all the scarab nodes with twisted fate and alch corrput and go, but then again no harbinger spec so no big upside with the harbinger conversion but also no scarab investment :) It relies on being able to clear and endure the annoyance of twisted fate though :P With the added map effect it gives lots of t17s which is nice.

I confirm MF works with Scarabs! Tested in Standard by adding to my build the -10% Quantity Jewels. No scarabs dropped!

Almost every unique is about to cost a fraction of its cost so I'd honestly wait a day or two to make a new build if I was you.

Update I am currently playing with my friend in a 2 man with 6/9 blocks on and we are averaging around 45 scarabs a map right now without beyond. We removed all the blocks for two maps and dropped 51 then 35, if the blocks were indeed removing scarabs themself from dropping we would have seens a very noticable increase I feel immediately but we didn't. Perhaps it's sample size but I really don't think so, maybe snap was talking about something else?

i did 20 maps and wealthyexile says my scarab tab is only 6.5d which is more than half less than what it should be @ your 20 maps. no idea what ive done wrong oh well

i even vendored all the stuff under 1c and did all vaal'd maps etc picked all the altars first with quant etc. 95% of time harbingers drropped nothing. it just didnt seem that crazy idk feel like i barely profitted tbh maybe i just suck , maybe simpleyi was just running too low quantity maps?

I have a 3080 and 5800x3d, using this strat im going down to 30 with lowest settings possible and every map crashes when i kinetic blast into the harbinger packs, its so annoying man please someone help me :(

Why take all the block nodes that disables scarab drops, when the strat is farming scarabs???

It reduces pool of scarabs, not nerfing the drop at all, so you get less variety but the same amount
