i'm impressed these guys made it through the campaign, especially the explosive arrow dude. messing up everything in your build it is possible to mess up and still beating kitava is not an easy feat.

Aside from the league mechanic, the campaign is very easy. I always beat it running some shite build using crap gear and skill gems I find along the way. I usually hit a wall in yellow/red maps if I don't put together a solid build and that's really the downfall of PoE because you are locked into a build at that point and have to do the campaign again to start fresh (no respec)

Thank you for roasting my poison conc build Ziz! I was genuinely confused on what to do. Despite having about 600 hours, this is my first time really trying seriously and these tips will be huge for me. Also I was dropped a few times as a kid so you weren't too far off 🤣 Update: I bought better flasks, all of my utils with gain charges on hit and %armour during effect and changed some skill points around (primarily getting the flask mastery he mentioned) and my tankiness has gone up drastically! Still gotta replace my ring and get some better equipment, but it's a start and my experience has already improved Update 2: I bought new boots, don't really know if they're better or not but they have life on them which my previous ones didn't. I wanted to get some two-toned armour and evasion ones, but the ones available with what i needed at the right values were way too expensive so I went with the cheapest best "Stealth Boots" I could find. I also replaced that unique ring that had the despair gem in it with a despair on hit ring with life and res. Lastly I anointed "Whispers of Doom" on my amulet so that I can actually apply despair alongside temp chains like someone recommended in the comments. Don't know if anyone is actually gonna pay attention to my updated journey but here we are!

If you are using the boucing version, the projectile mastery that grants 20% hit/ailment dmg after each chain is quite deadly with that skill.

The explosive conc build is super interesting because normally Ziz's roasts have useful information in them, but on that build he legit just didn't have much to offer

The way ziz had to pause and zoom in the screen at 16:02 was so hilarious

The first build: cut the travelling shit from the witch part, and focus on stuff a little closer. There’s the elemental wheel he travelled by where he can get inceased damage against chilled enemies, then grab Skitterbots to get chill and shock, grab diamond flask and with the points saved from cutting the massive travel fuck up, think about crafting a cluster jewel, chanhe the amulet and switch the full life mastery to flat +50 and cap spell supression. You’ll get better crit chance, a few new vectors for scaling, life, supress and it starts to look like an actual build. It’s probably not gonna be enough to make it any good but it’s a start

First guy just wanted to see how far across the tree he could travel for no real reason.

The problem with the explosive concotion assassin was accuracy. I mean, surely it wouldn't be great wither way but the guy had like 68% chance to hit or something lol

To be fair the guy running poison pathfinder is probably using a build similar to mine. It's very unique heavy which is a huge downfall because it's hard to fix specific stats with the limited slots you have. However, pathfinder is all about the flasks and it's actually the best way to be survivable. The poison builds in general are very complex and button heavy until you're setup well

I've got a vaal cold snap, glacial cascade shield leech, frostbite curse on hit Creeping frost, vortex on damage - Ice Cold DoT Witch. More than a dozen characters, First Bully!

I actually league started with the poisonous concoction of bouncing, it is an insane leveler but the damage plateaus hard about as soon as you get to red maps. I used it to fund replica alberons's and rerolled to volcanic fissure of snaking strength stacker. You can actually run the pconc with strength stacking if you really wanted. Both skills map cleared me into a 40 hour mageblood.

i love this ones! 🤣the one that made me lost it is the ascending nodes on the secon person.

My favorite moment from sunday roast series was someone using 4 link golem with golem helm enchant on a non minion build. Ziz went ballistic on that one 🤣

@@VibratingLemur no problem, you could go for a unqiue ring with + 1 curse limit ( doedres soemthing) or annount +1 curse on amulet, but thats expansive ( 3 golden oil)

​@@VibratingLemurit's not an amulet, it's an anoint that you can put on any amulet with blight oils. It is expensive but it would help a ton

first guy was only using a ruby flask, the concoction scales with sapphire, topaz and ruby, ruby only gives crit multi and does not give more flat damage damage, this makes it a really low damage output

The difference between full time players like Ziz and casual plebs like me is hilarious. He called the first explosive concoction build dog-s**t but I watch the footage and went 'wow.. that doesn't look half bad.' It killed the rare way faster than my build. Clear looked faster too. I think my build is a bit tankier though.

Forget "following" build guides, it's fine to at least watch them and learn from them. You can come up with tons of fun ideas that branch off from build guides.

Additional Flavour text: when ziz states: "he's normally not that mean" he really means, it is under other circumstances not socially accepted to be that mean therefore he doesnt show it as much

i build my explosive conc of destruction myself and make 8 millionen dps..... its really izi to make crazy ammount of damage with such a big flat damage base

I just wanna post this somewhere, if you feel bad about doing something wrong in your build, at least you're not me, who spent a couple days farming corpses for the lightning arrow bow from Graveyard, only to add some split corpses because I forgot that split =/= copy, it ended up rolling the perfect midgame/early endgame bow for me (tri ele, AS, double crit), and then split it, and not in a particularly salvageable day, almost made me quit the league.

can we sign up for this? this is my first character to break 60 and I feel like power progression has been fairly steady but I would love feedback.

Here are 2 Tips for Gearing up after completing Act 10 : -> Try to max out your Elemental Resists (Fire, Cold and Lightning) to 75% (Tip l Can find most resists on these 5 items -> Body Armor, Helmet, Rings, Belty an Amulet) -> Make sure every Armor piece has a minimum of 50 Life. Ideall, You want 80 Life. This multiplies with Passive Skill Life nodes to give you a decent 1500 Life Boost, Bringing you at around 3500 Life before you start Maps. (Tip : Idally do 3 Uniques Gear Slots + Rest of Gear Slots need to be Rares with Double 25% Resist + 50 Life base)

I can't say anything about the 'all uniques' thing, because I love the game, but hate the crafting. It's entirely too overcomplicated, combined with insane levels of randomness. Some people might love that stuff. But, me? I have horrendously bad luck. The kind where something could be 75% for success, and I would have to roll it 20 times. All because I know the result I want. If I don't know what's possible, though, my luck is brilliantly amazing, and I could get 5 items that are 1 in a hundred, in a row. But, crafting in this game is about knowing what you want or need so you know the process to get there, what you need, etc. That ruins my luck to be the exact opposite of my good luck. So, I go with all uniques (or as many as I can) because uniques aren't hard to get for most part.

yeah, how ever following Ziz guide means playing EA for the 10th league in the row :D

5000 hp supresion 20k armor 20k evasion 30-50% mitigation of all type damage .. poe suks ggg reduce defence and incrise damage to monsters damage tank is only option with broken skills

@@jonathangrimes8975 yeah small passives can be good especially with multiple unique flasks like taste of hate, progenesis, bottled faith, etc. But magic flasks on PF gives so much defensive and offensive stats its almost always better (or more cost efficient at least) to roll good magic flask and possibly run 1 unique flask like taste of hate (if physical hits are a problem, plus the max cold res, taste of hate is never a bad choice imo). The life flask ascendency is good too, but I more often than not go with magic flask bonus. Only case I would consider small nodes ascendency over nature's boon is with taste of hate + progenesis.

I started playingast year and every build guide I do I learn so much more. I've done iceshot, srs-poison, rf inq, splitting steel, herald of agony, flickerstrike and blade vortex. When I'm confident enough to make my own build, 100% ill send it ur way because it'll be crime scene😂

The best builds I've done and seen the most progress with have been rf(which I did in ancestral) pohx campaign video was extremely helpful and learning how to value items worth, srs poison (affliction league) awesome loved it got to experiment so much and got lvl 93(highest I've been) and I had done all pinnacle bosses. This league is flicker strike. I did HoAgony and.... wasn't enjoying the clear speed so flicker strike has been really nice. Will see how far I get, lvl 81

I cannot for the life of me believe that someone would watch *Zizaran's* content and still use THAT BOW in an EA build with EE. 1.25 base AS, no attack speed increases on the bow whatsoever AND flat added fire. That bow might literally be worse for their damage than a blue short bow with nothing but crafted attack speed.

I am genuinely surprised how someone that capped all ele rez and chaos rez dies to rare 1 tap mele attack that is not even spell. Ofc his phys hit is 4k but srsly game. Builds that dont do dmg conversions of their defenses are rly bad and that is not good for the game.

He runs an evasion build without determination, no armour pieces on top and has zero phys to ele conversation, he has also no way to generate endurance charges. Ofc he dies every single yellow

Watching Ziz looking at that first build is a little cringe, as he doesnt realise that explosive concoction is an attack and his hit chance is the 70s, is set to "no flask", and he only seems to scale the fire damage portion and picks up the fire nodes... far... from where he should be...

I understand not wanting to just copy paste top meta builds every league, but I feel like this is too far in the other direction. Sure discovering things on your own can be fun, but wouldn't the game also be more fun if you cut down your grind/dead time by 60+%. I personally enjoy tinkering, but also dislike wandering in the dark, so I found a middle ground on general / overview guides that talk about "good ideas" without spoiling the top meta performers. At least gives you something to start with.
