Work in progress build, still got bunch of optimizations to make. Will make proper PoB when Hydra spectres gets added to PoB.

About Hydra spectres:
All their abilities have a cooldown, meaning there is a limit to how much attack speed they will scale with. Crit scaling is probably mandatory.
Their base damage is very high and increases by a lot each level, so gem scaling is valuable. They are also very squishy, so scaling a lot of gem levels solves this problem as well.
The plan is to get Lv. 37 Raise Spectre gem.
However Lv. 40 is possible if you use +2 level of Raise Spectre gem boots and Awakened Empower.
