Yes, first the Podling tried to convince Rian to dance but he refused and 15 years later the Podling recognised Jen like Rian's son and he accepted to dance with them and is that because Jen is taking from his mother Deet's side when he talks with the Podling

I thought it was "vayu vahm," but I could be wrong. Still, it's closer than "Balla bahm." I could imagine Kira shaking her head and facepalming when Jen mangled that simple phrase.

Podlings and hobbits would probably get along famously! The gelflings in AoR on the other hand are so dismissive and suspicious that they would most likely be saying, "Bah! Hobbits! They're as bad as podlings!" They may like the elves though.

It hurts in my soul that they'll never come out with another season or two. Netflix sucks for buying an IP and then doing nothing with it.
