Hello Ladies. Amazing how "bad food" really loses its appeal after being away from it for a short while. A Coke - "what's the big deal with that? Here, try my sodastream apple soda w/apple cider vinegar & a donk of stevia" Cheesecake - "whoopdi doo doo, have you ever tried the THM version?" My Wife just did "Pie Day" the day before Thanksgiving and on the side, she made some THM versions of pumpkin pie. Oh man, how I savored it. I'm a dude now into body building, 2 HIITs/wk, regular walking, and now love learning about nutrition/health. Lost 40 lbs 13yrs ago and have kept it off living the abundant life Christ has made me for. Trim Heathy Papa
