its not that we forget, its just impossible to heal the team while pocketing pharah if the teams positioning isnt allowing it

@@postbloom9767 very true but even so I’ve seen mercy’s pocket any dps and forget about their whole team, just more prevalent with pharah

to be honest, the First couple days after the GA nerf were really rough, felt really uncomfortable to play mercy at some point, but after some time I managed to get used to the new GA cooldown and now, I once again feel fun playing us mercy! even though not as much fun as before and it is really hard to play or just survive sometimes especially when enemies target me the most, but it still brings me some kind of happiness when I am playing as her.

same. i don't like the clunkiness but I've gotten used to it and I actually kind of feel better with the new changes even though i don't agree with them. I really just miss the old passive more than anything else. her current passive is just too gimmicky and niche. I have to hope my allies are hurt to stay alive through healing? what if the enemy team just shoots me first? lol

Thanks for the tips! I find it harder to keep with Pharah and Echo after the nerf but still fun to fly around and pocket them

I actually noticed how Pharahs says thank you way more after the mercy ga nerf, I feel like they know how much harder it is now

Your content is the entire reason I kept playing Mercy after the GA nerf and didn't turn into a dps Moira main (I am only partially joking). Since getting used to the new cooldown, I'm not as confident when pocketing a pharah/echo as to a usual hitscan like Ashe or Sojourn, but its still very fun for me to do. Love your content and I hope you have a great rest of your day!

Thanks to you, I improved a lot and just climbed to master, even got loads of compliments from both my teammates and the enemies, you're truly an inspiration

the nerf makes it harder to keep up with genii which makes me so sad because he’s my favorite hero to pocket 💔

i quit ow. idc who thought it was a good idea to nearly double mercys ga cd. the least they could have done was make it so the cd starts when she initially casts ga.

It’s a lot more annoying to do but I’m finding a lot of the time I can actually just stand on a ledge and keep my beam attached without having to actually fly after her unless she’s touching the skybox constantly… but honestly the Pharahs that fly that high at all times are usually really useless anyways so they’re not worth the hassle

Do you do vod reviews? I really like your play style and am trying to imitate something similar to climb out of bronze. Idk if it’s just my teammates or me as well thats the reason I can climb solo que. But I love how you prioritize your team while pocketing too

I think mercy is not a very good character to get out of bronze, out of all supports mercy is in my opinion one of the most team dependent character, and well, in bronze the team work and the team itself most of the time aren't so good. I don't tell you to not play mercy though, I never got into bronze myself so can't really say anything, good luck in getting out!

I do agree with Keka.... maybe Mercy would be good after Gold rank or something like that. I was stuck on Plat like forever, then i watched a bunch of Zhau's videos and that helped me climb to Diamond, for even more time than Plat. But finally I reached GM 4, thanks to her tips and my insistence. Dont give up, good lucky.

Sometimes could be your team or your decisions as Mercy, she's not strong as other healers but can be rlly impactful. Watch yourself playing and try to figure out what you do the most wrong, there's always something to improve :) I got masters as Mercy in solo and I've always watched myself playing and realized lots of mistakes. It's hard to climb with her, but not impossible. Gg for ya

you've helped me get sm better ! I find it more fun and challenging keeping up with phara and echo, and I make sure not to neglect my whole team when pocketing them edit - before the ga nerf it felt more free but I still have fun

Just had a full team get all homophobic cus I said some call outs and they heard my voice. I was dumb enough to try and fight back but it was useless. Feeling deflated and frustrated but at least I have this to watch

so now that backwards ga speed got slowed, is doing a 180 degree turn jump now more viable?

i actually changed my ga settings back to "prefer beam target" because i couldn't keep up anymore...

It’s not so difficult for me anymore and I have a lot of fun pocketing now even with the bigger cooldown. Mercy is still incredibly fun for me.

Not a big fan of mercy but damn is it satisfying watching you play her.

does anyone have the issue where the end up trying to save a dumb teammate who’s in a weird position, and then they both die lol. i feel bad bc i don’t want to let my teammate die, but i end up getting myself killed (as mercy)

I’ve never been able to PharMercy. I’m on a console and you need your thumb to hold the X to drift AND to change direction. I find it impossible.

Ur on playstation? I play with the Xbox controller and the Rez button also makes her levitate. It's easier than holding X :) just take care not to rez without wanting to, I've done this a lot and always end on me dying lol
