We never have a complete squad since the start of the season and that's why I can't judge Poch just yet.

Start recovered Players slowly until they are fit and sell a lot of Players that we have 24 Players with Routine! Not 33 and 10 are injured because less playing!

@@obimbo254 obviously not - what he doesn't do speaks louder than what he says to the media or through the club "sources". if I was directly contributing to resources not being available, i would expect to be fired. the medical staff along with Poch seem to be out of their depths. Lavia had 2000+ mins last season; he has 32 this season and he joined at the end of the transfer window so he didn't get injured during pre-season or friendlies. My whole point is that Poch gives the impression that nothing he or his team do is wrong and "it is what it is and we need to move on and adapt". Here's a fun stat: Chelsea have had 47 injuries this season and the season has 2 more months to conclude.
