Problem solved! Thank you so very much. I replaced my old battery for a new OEM, however, the computer warned me that it wasn't original and won't charge it. Dell support app kept on popping messages on my screen every 5 minutes. I applied method 2 and i did it. Everything is back to normal again.

For whatever reason, my Volta would not charged when connected to my desktop using the USB-C cable it came with. I did the 8sec reset and saw no change. However, using the cable with a brick + plugged into the wall seemed to work immediately. Perhaps my PC's power settings has it throttling power and providing only a trickle charge via USB.

I am not sure whether I did smth wrong but i followed everything but its doesn't work. My laptop broke down since i accidentally spilled water on the keyboard and I brought to computer shop where it fixed my laptop and then suddenly i turned on the computer and charged it and waited for it tp be fully charged and then it just doesn't work anymore whenever i remove the plug it just shuts down immediately so I would really appreciate it if u can help me with it thanks.
