Fantastic! I was down to an 18 percent charge, so had little room for error. I went through all the steps but it seemed to be the last one (create new power plan) that seemed to get charging working again. But I really had trouble understand the sequence of some steps. (See below): At 2:15, the sequence of steps was very confusing, however, for deleting the A/C charger from the device list. I can't remove my battery so I wanted to do the deletion of the A/C charger entry and a reboot in the right order... But you were kind of jumping around with your words there, so I could tell when exactly I should unplug and re-plug-in the charger. Should users delete the device, unplug the computer, reboot, then plug the charger back in? ... Or should those be in some other order?

any reason why i dont have the power troubleshooter?

I just changed my battery in my old 2017 HP 15 Gaming laptop (black friday 600$ special 1050ti) My particular model had this issue from day 1. Now with the new battery I am stuck on 94% plugged in but doesnt show charging. While off I noticed the battery ligh by the port was a white light and not the orange light indicator that means its charging. I held down the power button for 15 seconds to reset that and now I have the orange light indicating it is charging. Hopefully this will get it to 100%. I have a 90W universal AC adapter that could be part of the issue as my laptops original charger was 150W. If it simply cant keep up with power draws ill order the original off ebay or something and try that.

It shouldn't be slow, be sure all your windows updates are done and be sure your graphics drivers are installed and ready to go.

after watching this video, contacted customer care and they told me to do the follownig (Note:- IT WORKED 👍👍) Please try these steps Step 1 :- Remove all peripheral device devices which are connected to the system and remove adapter also Step 2: Complete shutdown your system Step 3:- Press and hold the Fn+S+V keys for 60 sec Step 4:- Press and Hold the Power button for 60 sec Step 5:- Then Connect the adapter and supply the power to the system Step 6:- Then normally start the system with power button Then check it and inform me issue resolved or still same Comment by another user which helped me and many others

Currently when i charge my battery, the battery icon and status shows that the battery is charging. But actually not. I can charge (real charge the battery= the percentage increase), 'only when' my battery level is drop to 0% (then, my laptop off automatically). I've tried by i Uninstall Ac adaptor, there is no issues. And when i uninstall ACPI adaptor. Then restart or shut down and turn on agan. And no changes... Is there any tutorial for this condition? Thxxx alot
