Hey Abdul, tip no 6 - Repairing corrupt files worked for me!!!!!!! I got so tensed that the issue was not being resolved for hours and hours and I almost gave up after watching hundreds of videos but your advice worked man. It took a while to verify the files but finally when it completed the verification process, it fixed the corrupt files and then the battery percentage kept going up. Thank you so much for saving my bucks!!!!

My Dell Latitude D505 battery shows just 20% wear in Battery Bar on Windows and the same in the Linux inxi-B terminal analyser, but it won't charge. Battery Bar says 'charging', but the reading remains at 0%.

My laptop is an Acer, and it's using internal battery, I will still use your 7 methods but some of the battery is swollen I suspect it completely destroyed but I will try your methods anyway and see what happens I'll keep you updated and thank you very much for sharing this video you helping a lot of us... Beat this one for ease: I just unplugged the cable to the little power box thingy that the laptop plugs into to get its power and then plugged it back in. Job done ha. I guess maybe it wasn't plugged in properly, although the box thingy's power light was on, but yeah...
