I'd say it looks about as good as Persona 5. But persona 5 is technically a PS3 game. That said I don't really care much for cutting edge graphics showcases if it means I'll have to buy a pro version of a console to get them to run at 60. EDIT: I wouldn't say it's worth 70 dollars, though

A note about Helldivers 2 - didn't check how it runs it myself yet, but requirements on that are really lenient. Minimum is Core i7-4790K/ Ryzen 1500X and 1050Ti/RX470 which sounds insane to me, wonder how it works there So Eric hits recommended with his PC, with the CPU right on the dot with recommended specs even - i7-9700K/Ryzen 3700X and RTX 2060/6600XT on the GPU side which also seems reasonable.

@@KomandorKwadrat I think it's pretty common for people to think Eric is Dan's brother because they both have a similar vibe, but no, Dan's brother to my knowledge hasn't been on the content. Eric is just that friend every white person has that looks oddly like them to the point where everyone asks if they're brothers. I have that guy in my life too.

I'm gonna be real. As delusional as this might make me look, the fact that the current PS CEO is aware of the problem over at SIE and even brought it up does give me even the slightest bit of hope that they'll course correct a d actually try to bring down the budget and dev time.

Still a shame that Dan didn't ever want to cover Arzette, since it seems to be more than a shitpost, but a legitimately good game. I know he waved it off when it was announced, but it seems more like a game to laugh with rather than laugh at.

The biggest lie to me from that Xbox show was when they were talking about how much they care about preservation when they’re literally shutting down the 360 store in July. Sony got enough blowback when they tried shutting down the PS3 store a few years back to keep it open but everyone just went “it’s fine the backwards compatible games will still be available” when it’s like 1500 games that are just gonna be gone. Those physical prices are gonna skyrocket.

The only way I can see Xbox still having a console is if they make a fully integrated gaming PC that can also boot windows. Get it to swap between Windows and a "game mode" seamlessly and you could get a box that might be able to consistently hit higher frame rates and resolution than in windows mode simply from the reduction in background processes. Would you guys say that that wouldn't be attractive even if it cost 800-1000$? All of your xbox games, all of your PC games, all of them run worlds better than the competition even if the games _are_ on the competition day one. EDIT: Welp, got to the end of the cast. That's egg on my face.

When nobody was looking, Embracer group cancelled 42 games. They cancelled 42 games! And that's terrible. (That sucks FR, though. I'm super disappointed about Deus Ex being dead again.)

I believe he phrased it as Matt Booty deserving props for making KI 2013 happen. There was a bit of cope there, but Max not only loves that game, but worked on its trailers for a time. He's got a real-er positive connection to Xbox executives than... any actual Xbox fan.

Is Legendary Tales the same game that had a trailer clip where the player chokeslams a skeleton through a table and then just starts punching it? Because that one clip sold me more on the concept of VR than any other VR game I've seen

Phil an co are implying that because of the large amount of players on Xbox that they are the preferred platform for palworld. They say this despite it being in game pass an there being a bigger player base on pc. There's also another factor and that's that the Xbox version is an inferior version
