@@Mymatevince haha yep I know that feeling, 4am is about normal for me which is a killer when I have to do school runs. Gotta be worth it when I'm the only one crazy enough to sit there doing that kind of thing at night in the middle of winter 🤣

One of my ram chips does nkt get hot can this be causing my blod? Or should I reflow the apu?

My ps4 initially had pulsing blue light problem and nothing on the screen basically BLOD now after starting blue light is solid no pulsing, Is it possible to fix mine Through APU reball?

Hello My PS4 is showing the pulsing BLOD. Sometimes it starts up in safe mode when I hold the power button and am able to play on it but at other times it does not and just switches off. So could the problem be with my HDMI port or APU needs a fix?

Hello, hope your doing well Recently I got a ps4 with a broken hdmi that I replaced and still did not show any picture Checked the hdmi fuses and one was shorting but after I removed Mn86471a that short was gone If I replace the Mn86471a will it display an image again? Cheers :)

I have a blod slim. When off the eject gives 3 beeps and when on is pressed The fan spins for 1 second and stops while the ps4 continues pulsing for 55 seconds exactly and goes off. Holding the power button doesnt give 2nd beep. Any suggestions?

Try checking the psu first mate, try it with another psu if possible. If it isn't that it would usually be an issue with the apu unfortunately

getting error code SU-30645-8 , is this usually the ram chips?

Hi can anyone help me ,I've got a ps4 slim that pulses blue light only and no signal ,fan spins and disc drive works , stays on doesnt turn off

☺️ I know many causes or errors of reblacing the PS4 rams but I never did a video about them because there are other technician and Competitors for me.

i try stencil less reball like you but always some ball move around and merge another ball

Impressive job, but I think you forgot to put thermal pads on the ram chips when you put it all back together.

Hello master, the PS4 slim blue light blinks for 5-10 seconds and the device turns off completely. When I looked roughly, I did not see any short circuit. The fuses seem to be intact. The fan does not react in any way. Which parts should I check? I will take reference as a sensitive point and if there is one. Where should I look? The apu does not heat up at all.

The issue is likely your southbridge, but it's impossible to say without seeing it myself in person

@@ninjaarcades7356 yeah lol. Typically for a ram reball I would charge £60, but if I had to do the apu at the same time I would charge £100 for both. I give a 20% discount for business and KZread customers though

No and no. Sell it or throw it away. You will never fix it just with a heatgun.

Oh my God, putting those tiny balls on that RAM chip looks like an exercise in insanity! I would have been releasing an endless stream of curses trying to do that....

Hi @TheCod3r or anyone... Do you know if older Samsung RAM chips K4G80325FB-HC28 can be replaced with newer K4G80325FC-HC25 ones, or does the PS4 require the exact same model?? Just wondering since I don't have the exact chip available, and I do not want to reball just for fun... ;-)

It likely needs a good service. There are plenty of tutorials on how to service the console, so should be pretty easy for anyone to do :)

Usually you would need to replace the hdmi encoder but it could be a number of things including the protection diodes, fuse, filters, port or encoder
