The game purposely makes new brawlers very strong for players who spend money, so they'll want to buy them. But when free players finally get them, they've already been made weaker because the paying players had an unfair advantage.

Actually a 0 power kit is able to kill a 149 Frank aswell as any brawler in the game with just 1 super Kit is able to spam his super on a brawler over and over and over again perma stunning until they die

I understand the sentiment that achievements are an idea that are too similar to mastery, but to be fair, the mastery road makes you do too much for in my opinion, not enough, so I think either making some achievements goals centered around a character or even their respective skins could be a nice and inoffensive way to implement progression. For example Completing basic universal missions for certain brawlers can give you mastery points when you reach a threshold, but if you do something more specific to the brawler, you can gain more lucrative rewards or even a title. In the case of skins, these won’t give you mastery points or SUPER impactful resources, but completing missions based around them would give coins, power points, and Maybe starr drops or credits. For example An achievement mission that would give extra mastery points would be to reach X amount of trophies or getting X takedowns and getting X wins for a brawler, but an achievement mission that gives more, like a title would be something like, get 1000 takedowns with rico after making a bullet bounce off of a wall with super bouncy and would give the “super bouncy” title or something or get MVP with Brock X times for the “Turnin’ up the boom box” title. In the case of skins, missions would be like “get X takedowns with Y skin equipped”, or “complete X’s pin set”, or “use a super with this skin X times”. I hope this makes enough sense and that someone with better artistic capabilities can really relay what I’m trying to say in a better way.

I kinda wanna talk about hypercharges and how they wildly impact the meta rn. Similar to the video on crow you made, a lot of the time I hate how gadgets, star powers and now hypercharges are implemented, because it really makes you feel like you only get a character at X level because of such things and the fact that they aren’t usually offset with a sort of debuff to balance it makes it feel like you’re not investing in a bonus for your character to make it more fun, you’re investing in an extra mechanic that makes the character feel incomplete otherwise if you don’t have it.

I mained him a lot before his super charge buff (when a super didn't give 25% back)... I once got him in a box when his kicks no longer recharged from pets, still had the initial view that he's op and that was his fun times, also when his damage was easier to calculate since I'm still used to smaller and less clusterfucked numbers I asked for buffs that time but only to unload speed and shoe range, I often miss shoe by just half a tile when I'm far and some cases where I die since I didn't ammo in time like a shelly case where the sound plays but nothin' happened... his buffs that weren't the ones I asked made his teamwipes no longer satisfying, ruined his reputation from skill to spam and now there's no need to try... feels like we're livin' in times where the wickedest all rise, the intelligent fall while the stupidest all thrive I remembered terry since he's top fang and if I see a fang main, they played well instead of what's now with edgar mains switchin' to him... he doesn't need that hypercharge (well he could use it but the popcorn drops were unnecessary) since he was already in a good spot, just return to his untouched stage and give the buffs I asked and he'll be in high b tier or low a tier since the meta kinda favors him

im a fang main, but the biggest thing that made fang no skill was the change that made his super charge 1/5 of his super instead charge 1/4 of his super. this meant if he hit a whole team and attacked once he would get his super again, where before it would take 2 shots. it meant he needed better timing on his fresh kicks star power and made him a lot less spammy. now you can dash on a team and just spam the big yellow button. by his bursty nature, fang is a spam brawler, i just mean you needed to calculate the timing on his attacks and super to recharge his super before the super charge change

i actually like the star drop rewards for everything because theres a pity system where youre guaranteed to get a legendary once every certain number of drops (im pretty sure i heard kairos say this once or something idk) so more star drops means less time between legendaries in the challenge i got colette hypercharge from a drop

I cannot lie, I am ashamed to be a Fang main. I got his mastery months before his HC and he was still very good at that time of meta. but this HC made him disgusting and power creeping everybody and I hate it. His super charge rate is what makes him so unbearable, linking his super into 3 enemies already completes half of his super bar, and his HC increases the dmg of his already insane super and attack. NOT ONLY THAT, thanks to HC dmg boost, His first SP gets activated much easier so he can chain supers infinitely, teamwiping in 3 seconds whenever he gets his HC. Supercell pls I beg you to nerf him to the ground and let others take the spotlight.

I don't know which one between Mico and Kit made Brawl Stars worse. Maybe both... (And Kit hasn't been released yet)

It is usually not a good sign if developers are trowing money grab characters.

The thing with stardrops is that even if they are kinda the same as brawl boxes, the drops in stardrops are really nerfed compared to bboxes so its just brawl boxes but worse. and saying that: i had two legendary stardrops and both of them gave credits, im not saying its bad but credits on a legendary is kinda meh when you alredy have everything complete and just need gold to upgrade and hypercharges so i think supercell has to take in consideration that some players alredy have completed their brawlers, so they cant get credits in legendaries because now you cant save those credits for the future, you just waste them on fame, which is kinda lame.

Willow will usually keep you alive if you let her charge super, same for meg if she isnt in the mech, also the ones you trust are usually the weakest ones in showdown anyways
