they can make double jump the star power where if he has a super he can start charging another one of top of that instead of it being base mechanic and make backflip a gadget where if he clicks the gadget within 3 seconds of using his super, he immediately jumps back to his pre jump location this would allow him to retreat if you misplaced a jump or when stealing the gems, it could also make for some good trickshots and would overall make him a somewhat high skill cap brawler since you have to go out in the open and dodge attacks and place your jumps very well (since you wouldn't heal and you don't get a speed boost, making a good jump would be much more important)

@@marwanthekirby2596 Yeah, they should just completely remove his super charging over time and replace it with the evasion. That way Edgar cant just sit in a bush for 30 seconds and get his super for free, he actually has to get out there and use his new evasion mechanic to get his super. This would dfrastically increase his skill cap, since you would have to be really good at dodging shots to consistently get your superBut if you did get really good at this, then you could get so many supers and be really powerful.

@@babywizard9027 back then Edgar was basically budget mortis for players that couldn't get use to the skill cap but this rework would make him similar to Mortis in a way in terms of skill cap if you can't dodge very well and stay alive while being aggressive, you will be close to useless, but if you can master Edgar and aim your super right, you could chain so many supers and become the assassin your team needs and the scarf lock gadget could really help him because right now jumping on an opponent is 50/50 you would think having the shortest range in the game would make him good at close range but he gets countered by every other close range brawler, scarf lock could help him win match-ups like leon/fang/bull/spike, making his super more rewarding and allowing him to be up there with the other assassins overall I'm just really glad supercell noticed how left out Edgar has been, being the worst brawler in the game for so long is sad

If you really think about it, he doesn’t have to do club quests to get to masters. Club quest is optional, it’s just for extra tokens

Pretty good concept for Edgar, but it's gonna heavily benefit skill and dodging. I'm good at juking myself, so characters like Edgar i juke more than i don't. Even up close, what if a Bull shot misses 20% of the "pellets" which is little bullets that calculate the damage..They technically count as one, just like Colt and Pam as you mentioned would be a problem. If it should be a thing, i think 1-3% for each dodge is more than fair, since he already charges super automatically...xD I do think Edgar needs a rework or drastic change, who knows maybe it won't be that op. I could imagine some super chaining with second star power for a massive dps increase (and further more dodging for Edgar since he can Jump a lot more)

Or they can just adjust how much his super charges based on how much damage each dodged projectile would do, so dodging one charged Piper shot would charge a similar amount to dodging 5 or 6 Pam bullets

You do know at the concept he added a new thing wich is the evasion so that means he wont charge the super automaticaly since a brawler can only have one of these abilities

Oh i miss those 8-bit days. I'm a menace with him already and even more back then. I still love 8-bit and idk why, cause slow brawler are normally not me. But the kit, the dam and the emotes ofc are great.

8-Bit is a Common Brawler who is unlocked as a Trophy Road reward upon reaching 6000 Trophies. He has high health and a high damage output, but suffers by having the slowest movement speed of any Brawler. He attacks by firing long-ranged, high-damaging laser beams. His Super spawns a Damage Booster which boosts the damage of him and his allies within its radius. His first Gadget, Cheat Cartridge, instantly teleports him to his Damage Booster. His second Gadget, Extra Credits, triples the amount of lasers his next attack fires. His first Star Power, Boosted Booster, significantly increases his Damage Booster range and damage boost. @@-Kyomi- I'm not sure why we needed all the details, but exactly. :P I love 8-bit and the entire kit. The ekstra life was too op. I honestly prefer cheat cartridge in anything else than heist..Like Colt it's so much better to fire different salvo patterns or else it's easy to dodge cause of that slow ass movement. xD And trolling with a tp or clutching a safe is too neat.

I like the Edgar idea. I think the super charge from the evade should be based on the projectile damage so he's not OP against Colt and bad against brawlers like Piper. I think the rest of the rework is kinda meh (though maybe the Backflip could be turned into a gadget, and be usable for 5s after a jump for a more creative Edgar Gadget).

@@ibbimoon9456That how most games work, higher levels = higher damage and no game has all characters that are all the same, some will always be stronger and some will be worse. And brawl stars has a lot of skill so if your super good you can still push brawlers while if your bad and have high levels they aren’t that good

It’s a good rework except the gadget starpowers and nerfs
