Follow these different techniques to beautifully present food like a pro Chef. Ideas on how to plate sauces, oils, gels, purées and soups.
Sauces used on the video:
Beurre Blanc - • Beurre Blanc - How to ...
Parsley Oil - • How to Make Parsley an...
Carrot Gel - 100ml of carrot Juice, pinch of Cayenne pepper and Juice of one lemon. 1.0g of agar agar powder.
Mix the agar agar with the liquid, whisk over medium heat until it come to a boil. Transfer to a dish and let set in the refrigerator. Once set transfer to a blender and mix until it forms a smooth gel.

The sauce is the beginning is a beurre blanc with a parsley oil, you can find the recipes on the links below: Beurre Blanc - kzread.info/dash/bejne/rJeKqbusg7K1ido.html Parsley Oil - kzread.info/dash/bejne/lGSlsZiKYbaplJM.html The orange sauce I used on the video is a Carrot Gel. I don't have a video for it, but it is made with carrot juice, lemon juice, ginger and cayenne pepper that is boiled with agar agar, then solidified in the fridge and after that blended to turn into a gel. Basic method to make gels is liquid/agar agar/ boil/ cool to solidify/blend.

White is mayonnaise souce red is red chilly souce the green one is green souce (chutney) from tandoor and you can also add dark soya for black
