And the iron hands are my favourite chapter the idea that the marines slowly become more and more mechanical over time through all the battles and injuries

Yeah, and they are even more compelling in the heresy with the dealing with the loss of their Primarch etc. My force is designed to be acting as a guerrilla siege army that is taking revenge on the traitors from the void.

Hello again didn't see this one...I'm not too familiar with the fluff in truth other than the Iron hands favour metal and view flesh and bone as weak hence loping off a hand in their recruiting rituals and replacing it with a bionic...but I have seen the FW Iron hands models the termies look great plus you can get little add on packs as I recall for the 30k range...I've got about 2000pts worth of Greyknights so the only good traitor is a dead traitor...all hail the Emperor!...cheers now

They look superb mate! Even the gun arm, which could have ended up looking a bit weird, looks great! I'm down in Derby next weekend, may have to check out Boards & Swords while I'm there.

They look sweet. Also, green screen looks cool. I kinda like it with the social media text at the end. It fills that black space. Maybe you could keep that up at bits like the start? I dunno. Good video though!

Really terrific stuff - love the Iron Tenth! Might you consider taking us step by step through the process of making one of the boarding shields? All the cutting, all the gluing, everything! The results are amazing!

John Carmichael I second that idea! I’ve been attempting my own boarding shields, and, while they’re not bad, they’re nowhere near the quality of his- Is love to see a step-by-step 😉

Hello there...hope you're well...I saw the new video so I'd thought I'd comment here...it's not related to this video it's about frostgrave...totally loved your vids 'making the most of...' the soldiers are great and it was on the strength of your video that persuaded me to buy them (on order)and I made a whole bunch of treasure tokens (pinched the magic gloves idea and made a pair of magic boots following the same principle and I have a ton of tiny machine pressings that I use as scatter coins they are a nice uniform thickness)...I didn't see a 'making the best of frostgrave gnolls' video so perhaps that's one for the future...cheers now

Hello again...I did see the gnolls unboxing vid, again it was that which persuaded me to order them as well, (I went mad and got the soldiers, gnolls, barbs and cultists) its my plan to create two warbands of ten from each box with a little help from madame green stuff and what I can scratch from my bits box (thinking perhaps cut a spear down and a ball of putty on the end would make a good wand)...that's the bit I like best about miniatures chopping them up and making my own...I made dwarf slaves for my skaven like the podling slaves from the dark crystal film...I have subbed so I'll comment again no doubt cheers now

Its been a month since I posted these comments ...just an update mate, I got 5 boxes of Pegasus ruins (all painted now ish ) and built a load of floors with the plastic like you did only free hand with knife and steel ruler (and yeah some were pissed as a handcart BUT the walls cover a mountain of sins) again all painted and I made a load of rough ground squares with the off cuts and just today I finished my first warband painted based the lot just starting a gnoll warband now have built a gnoll wizard and apprentice plus a man at arms...so thanks for the inspiration cheers now

Boards and Swords used to be Miniatures Menagerie. They already have great prices. Got some Blood and Plunder bits from these guys and there was no problem. Gorgeous conversion work sir. I sadly know little or nothing about the 30K era, but these guys look awesome.

Thanks! Yeah I need to sort my lighting as it was causing some artifacts at the top corners so I had to crop the camera. Will work on it and see what I can do.

Cool result on your models. They look outstanding. And even if I go against the grain, I enjoyed seeing your hobby room background, trying to catch a sneak peak at what you are doing. Now with the green screen that is gone for me.
