Thank you! I am an ATC horder of about 30 Honda ATC's, about half of which have faded and dried fenders. I haven't replaced them with Maiyer, because nothing is nicer than OEM. Now I know EXACTLY what to do to start restoring these ATC fenders properly. I have hesitated because everyone I have talked to over the years all suggests razor blades, heat guns, and even spray paint! No thanks. your process is superior! Result speaks for itself. Now, hopefully I can get through restoring half my bikes before I'm dead! Thanks again.

use a heat gun and heat the plastic up on the underside where the dents are and then use a nail bent at a 90 and push the hot soft plastic from the underside to the good side where the dents are . It will look good and should have a bump on the good side and all you have to do is sand the part down to where it needs to be then finish the fender as you are. This way you do not have so much time in it and you have a thicker plastic

80% of cars have a fender skirt that’s is plastic painted and rarely do they chip or peel.
