    If Yamaha sold this three-wheeler with another three inches of seat height it would've handled world's better. Just like what Honda did to the 1986 ATC 250R. It's a subtle change, but it made a huge difference in rider comfort.

    D&A how are you painting the a arms being the ball joints aren’t removable. Are you just taking the boot cover over the ball joints off and masking that part to paint them or are you leaving that on too and masking over the whole thing to paint them?

  • @darestorations
    @darestorations21 күн бұрын

    We pull the boots and mask around the joints.

  • @nicksaucier7006
    @nicksaucier700621 күн бұрын

    Ok good to know. Do you bake the arms once they’re painted in order for the paint to stick or just spraying them holds up and I’m guessing you’re using color rite for the paint? I have a bug eye 400ex I’d like to repaint the a arms on to make them look new again and wanted to ask somebody whose done this before that’s why I’m asking

  • @darestorations
    @darestorations21 күн бұрын

    No. We use a 3 part urethane paint. It holds up like factory.

    hell yea she's sick, Ive had mine 30+ years and just got inspired. Ahh takes me back to when the govt wasn't banning all our cool shit. I mean seat belts, then helments, then stole our beloved 3 wheelers.... they can all eat shit.
