Works great. I’ve done it to myself with the backside of a knife, also the handle of a can opener. Not ideal but chiro is expensive. You just need a metal edge not too sharp, not too smooth. But perhaps I will buy this tool

These tools are crazy expensive. In Azia people use a jam jar lid for this.
